    No artful, even if u Arnt birthing at mercy, you can still go to the preg aqua classes & post natal classes. I only did the post classes and u need to book as they are very popular. can do them up to baby being 6 mths - when u can start their own swimming class. It was a great work out! I did hear a rumor that they have stopped having baby sitters & u have to bring someone with u to watch bub- but I'm not sure...

    Hi ladies,

    I know that HBF Arena in Joondalup have swimming pool classes for adults and water aerobics classes.
