Hi ladies - can anyone tell me if its ok to marinate chicken in that Masterfoods satay sauce you get in the jar? lol
i always ask spazzy questions!

Not too sure which one you're talking about, but it wouldn't hurt! If it looks a bit thinner (more sauce-like than thicker marinade- like) then you might want to leave it on the chicken a bit longer. Sounds yummy, I love satay chicken.

I have had this a few times and I'm 30 weeks... As long as the chicken is cooked well will be fine.

Yes, I think it would be fine. Just make sure that all the sauce is cooked and wash the tongs or whatever in between touching the raw marinade and the cooked chicken because otherwise the nasties can transfer in the sauce from the raw to cooked versions.
