My 3wo DS is demand fed at the moment but I really want to start getting him into a feeding/sleeping routine.
He is currently taking anywhere between 40 and 80mls a bottle 9 times a day, every 2-3hours.
How can I encourage him to last a bit longer? Esp at night he seems to want to feed every 2hours and my body is just not handling this.
What is a good routine for feeding and sleeping? My DD was bottle fed from 6weeks and fell straight into a routine so I dont really know what to do.
Also can anyone reccomend a gripe water? he tends to hang onto his wind...

I'm not sure I just demand fed my two and my first took a long time to fall into a good feeding routine. I really don't think there is much you could do.
Maybe distract him a bit during the day and stretch him to 3 hourly feeds in hope he will be hungrier and drink more?
It must be frustrating but personally I would just keep following his lead.
