Amanda I really feel for you hun. I have been waiting for af to arrive today and so far no sign...can't imagine how you are feeling
Lilly - how are you going? I hope ohss has calmed down and that bfp is getting darker.
Hello to liney, frosty, piggle, Hampton, t42, tezzy, lovebug, ktking, k&p, chook and everyone else
Afm - just waiting for af so we can get started. I too 13 bcp's over the course of the past fortnight (all I had left in the pack) and now waiting for af. Hope I haven't confused my body too badly with stopping mid-way thru a cycle as there are no signs of af and she is normally here 2days after last pill...just didn't see the point in buying a whole new pack of bcp's when I hoping to not need them for a long time!!

Nicole83 - I hope that your af shows up soon for you. I have no advice on the bcp but will be interested to see what others may say.
Amandamoo - omg you poor thing you must be going crazy. I really really really hope that she turns up soon.
TFT and Frosty - I was so happy to read your news. The biggest congratulations to both of you on your new arrivals. I can only imagine how relieved you both are to finally welcome your little miracles into the world. I wish you both all the best for healthy and happiness and also to your families for the future. I am sure your babies will be some of the most loved around the world!
Hi to everyone else, sorry to have been mia. Been trying to get my head around things and have been a bit busy of late helping some friends with the local council elections.
Anyway, af arrived on Anzac day! Yay for arriving even though earlier than I had expected, so we have officially started what I hope and pray will be our last stim cycle. We are doing the works with the great Wazza, so on the pill at the moment and start the lucrin and prednisone this morning. I elected to get our hysteroscopy/lip flush/endo biopsy done this cycle so that it was out of the way. Glad that we did cos Wazza found that we had an infection in the uterus which he has cleaned up and it also appears that I don't have enough blood flow to my uterus so has given me a script for Viagra to take during our stim cycle. Hopefully all this added to everything else will get us over the line. So another week of the bcp then will be waiting for af to show before we start stimming.
Am starting to think that we are doomed. It seems like every time that someone opens me up that they find yet another thing that is wrong with us. While I know that what Wazza found is fixable it just seems like the list is getting never ending. Anyway enough of the woe is me, cos there are always people who have it tougher.
Good luck to everyone else cycling at the moment, I hope that we can see some more bfps in here soon!

Hi ladies - i just wanted to ask if anyone has planned a Brisbane meet up, or if anyone knows of meet ups occurring? It would be great to catch up with some fellow IVFers <3

Well it's BT day (12dp5dt)so I was up super early to get to the clinic as close to 7am as possible. I got there at 7:20am and I ws the only one waiting for a BT. So in and out in no time. I had my results an hour later.
It's a BFP! Levels are as follows and the nurse said they are "strong" so that's a good sign lol.

Yay Lillyponds! Now the wait to see how many babies you are carrying!! How exciting
Bronwyn - if anyone can get you over the line it's wazza! I am crossing everything that this is your month.
K&p - no catch up that I am aware of. Might be a good idea? Maybe we can't wait a little bit to see if the new mums and bubs would be keen to join.
Afm - af arrived this morning so I am officially cd1. Tried to call wazza's rooms to make an appt for tomorrow (af only arrived around midday) and no one is there. This hasn't happened to me before so I assume I just rock up in the morning - anyone know? I don't mind if I am last to be seen but he doesn't really have much of a schedule in the mornings anyway...? Hope I don't pee anyone off...
Getting nervous now. I need to decide if I use 90ish ius or 100iu of Puregon. He left the decision up to me!! Argh! Scared of overstimming.

Lily ponds - woohooo congratulations!!! Your numbers look fantastic.
Nicole83 - I would just rock up tomorrow and see what happens. In saying that though I get the impression that Wazza classes cd1 as the day you wake up with red blood, so they may consider tomorrow cd1. As for dose what have you done previously??

Bronwyn - first cycle 3 years ago - 73 ius (from memory?). Approximately 20 eggs. Was a few kilos heavier. Bfp with late onset ohss.
Jan cycle 87ius, then upped to 90ish because i wasnt responding very well. So this cycle he said 90ish (cant recall the exact number might be 91?) or 100ius. If it looks like more than 16 eggs he will trigger with syneral. I would prefer pregnyl I think that may have affected my poor results last time as I triggered with overdril.
So basically I am aiming for better egg numbers and quality but trying to keep under the 20 mark, and trigger with pregnyl without getting ohss. Lol is that too much to ask?!!
My gut is telling me go with 100 ius but I am petrified of ohss again...especially with a toddler!
