Lilly - wow excellent fert rates! Grow little embies, grow!
DD had her specialist appt today and he said she has a definite layer of fluid in there and reckons we go straight to grommets. I am curious about the chiro helping but can anyone explain exactly how a chiro can fix it?
I am concerned about pro-longing the issue with going to a chiro. Specialist might be able to fit us in next week for the op. feeling very confused. Normally I would try natural alternatives but I guess I don't understand what a chiro can really do...my gut it telling me to just go with the op and get it over with....
Will probably postpone my cycle for a few more weeks to get past the emotional and financial stress of this

Nicole83, I'm so sorry you are going through this, the stress of worrying about DD added to IVF stress is nearly intolerable. I guess I thought I would chip in with my thoughts, which is that in these sort of situations I always think you should go with your gut - it will always steer you right when it comes to your DD because it comes from the deepest, elemental part of you. Whatever you choose to do, I hope DD feels better soon and that your next cycle is 'the one' to give DD her sibling
Lillyponds, have been meaning to drop in here to say CONGRATULATIONS on the great egg haul, and to send strong, healthy growing vibes to those embies I used to hate the waiting through the five days to find out what I had for transfer - hope the time is passing easily for you
Liney, OMG can't believe the twinnies are three months already!!! So glad to hear all is well with them and with you
AFM, just so thrilled my miracle will be sharing a birthday with Frosty's wee girl. I know so many people reading this thread are waiting for their miracles, and suffering through IVF - I hope you all get your miracle babies soon

BronwynCJ, I am hoping and praying that this cycle is the one that works for you. I think we are well overdue for another Wazza miracle on this thread ... and I so hope it is you
Amandamoo, cheering you on from the sidelines

TFT - You and Frosty are not giving anything away with when the date of your beautiful little bubs will come into this world... I have been trying to coax it out of Frosty. She is not giving me anything. I just can't wait for the announcement from both of you. It is hard to believe the day is nearly here for you both. I am guessing the 1st May. Thanks for sharing your experience regarding lap and hyst, will talk to FS on Monday and see what he has to say. I would think it would muck up the cycle I bit. I have had laps etc before, but I can't remember what happened and I had a lot more things with those other laps.
Nicole - I think TFT is right, go with your gut. It is so hard seeing our little ones in this situation, it is heartbreaking. I am a wreck when DD just gets sick. I know how rotten those ear infections can be. I suppose you just have to think that the outcome will be better for DD, but the trauma of going through an op is just hard to go through, particularly when they don't really understand what is going on. I don't understand how chiro does help, but I know someone else has told me this also. Amanda might be able to explain it a little more.
Lilly - 16 embies!!!! That is a fantastic result. You might be able to create your own football team . Here's you have some wonderful embies to transfer come Monday.
Liney - 3 months already!!! Wow that time has flown. I am sure they are keeping you very busy. Where about's at Carindale do you see your chiro? I don't live to far from Carindale so would be interested in seeing them.
Laned and TRH - Hope you girls are doing ok. Have been thinking of you both.

Hi all been MIA for awhile clearing the head but I'm ready to get back into it. Had FS appt today and we are ready to start EPU. I was all excited after Appt but later deflated as DH thinks we may not be able to go ahead it is all coming down to the arrival of AF the later the better I'm crossing everything it all goes to plan but who am I kidding this is IVF what ever goes to plan especially waiting for AF

Tryingfortwo - I had a 3 day TF last time so waiting another 2 days is a little taxing lol. But in saying that it's gone quick so far. I'm stalking you & Frosty for BA! Can't wait .
Tezzy - Ha Ha if DH wants a football team then he can give birth to them.
Frosty - Thanks so much for the tip on the clexane. I went to bed last night with 2 panadol and a heatpack at 8pm and when DH came in i mumbled that I hadn't done my jab so he went and got it for me but he emptied half into the vanity lol. Ah well. I'll start halving from tonight.
Nicole - I have no words of wsdom. I think the others have said some great advise. Just follow what your gut is saying.
Loveabug - I hope AF arrives for you. We all understand the need to get your head right .
AFM - I ring to get my TF time today. I'm still tender in the tummy and my heatpack is my best friend ATM. I woke up at 1am last night and . I did that last EPU as well so I'm not too concerned about OHSS. I think I have a mild dose again. I just hope it doesn't get any worse.

Gee... I'm a mixed bag of emotions today .
Firstly I burnt my stomach with boiling hot water (out of the kettle) on Sunday.... I was filling up my nephews bottle with boiling hot water when the bottle slipped and all the water went on my stomach . It's really red raw and I have no idea how I'm going to jab when the time comes .
Secondly my little Bambie (long hair Chihuahua) got hit by a car last night and we took her to the emergency centre and they charged $700 to monitor her till midnight then they called at 10.30pm to say she is struggling to breath so she got put down .
Thirdly I had an interview today for a 12 month secondment being supervisor and they just called to say I got the job .
Also, AF IS STILL NOT HERE . Now I'm a little concerned how I'm going to go supervising and taking a day off here and there hopefully in the next couple of week

amanda..what a week. So sorry to hear about little bambie. hugs. Congrats on the interview
tezzy...my chiro is Matthew Watkinson. 1/82 Meadowlands Road. Carindale ph3843 4300. Mention Caroline referred you and say I gave you a red card and you will get the first initial consult at no charge. ( I will tell the girls on the desk)
Nicole...chiropractic wont cure anything..the body does that. Chiropractic removes the interferences from the nervous system which in turns helps the body function normally. Will try to explain in as easy terms as I can...everything your body does is controlled by the central nervous system. Message travel from the brain to every part of the body and then back again along the spinal cord which is protected by your vertebrae. Through every day trauma such as posture, accidents and even by the birthing process your vertebrae become misaligned and interfere with the messages and in term creating sickness or things not working as well as they should. Chiropractors remove the misalignment and hence the interference to the nerves to restore health. It certainly is not a quick fix and it will take time and it comes with no guarantees but then again neither do grommets..hear of many cases where these dont work but you need to do what feels right for you and your daughter Good luck with whatever you decide. Even if you decide to go the grommet path a chiro may still be of benefit.
Frosty and Trying..my guess is May 3rd......cmon everyone have a guess

Amanda---Sorry you had such a horrible day. Poor Bambie! Re: the jabs, you can always do it on your thighs until the tummy heals.
Liney---Guess away LOL!
