KT - Every time I get DH goji berries and pumpkin seeds out I always sneak some. I really love the goji berries. When are you starting your cycle? I start sniffing this coming Sunday.

Laned - good luck hun! let's hope this is the one
Lilly - I start sniffing on the 26th yaaay
Katie - good to see you have switched clinics to Wazza
I have got an email from another BH user that travelled to south Africa and she now has two precious twin girls. If you like, I can forward that email to you. It has extensive information about where to stay and so forth. Let me know if you would like it You may want to wait till after your cycle with Wazza. .
Are you having DHEA or Saizen or anything like that in your next cycle?
Bron - hope you are ok hun, pop in and give us an update. I do recall you are taking a weeee break to get healthy miss you!

LillyPonds - I haven't actually tried either of them. DH said the berries are yummy too. I'll have to give them a go some day. I've kinda already started my cycle. I had a Zolodex implanted on the 7.3.12. This is in place of the Syneral. I go back on the 5.4.12 to get another one put in, then after 10 days I offically start cycling. I should be starting FSH injections on 16.04.12.
Amandamoo - No, Wazza doesn't have me on DHEA or Saizen? He did mention them in the appointment but said there wouldn't be any reason for me to have them. I don't think we will ever look at going over seas for a BFP. I think at this point if we can't do it here it wasn't meant to be. But YAY for them that it worked and was worth the trip. At this point it's one step at a time. Wazza can bring us our little miracle and we won't have to worry about it
Laned - GOOD LUCK!!!!
AFM - Haha, still waiting.. and waiting..

Hi Girls - Thank you so much for the for the well wishes. You are all so very thoughtful and supportive.
TFT - Great to see you return to the thread. How are you going. Wow that pregnancy ticker is moving along. You don't have long to go now. x
Luvabug - Congrats on being PUPO. I truly hope you have a smoothe and healthy pregnancy herein.
KT - The berries are very yummy. You can even get choc covered ones!!!
Amanda and Lilly - how funny re dates, here's hoping it's a good sign.
AFM - I was feeling reasonably calm, but not long ago cracked the ****s at DH for something superficial. Perhaps I am more on edge than I am willing to admit...Goodness knows what I'll be like on all the progesterone next week!!!

Feeling a bit devastated following EPU. Went in for 12, retrieved 8 of which 3 were immature. Spoke to scientist, who advised 5 will be injected.
I asked Wazza, about the other 4, to which he noted they were 'empty'. He also noted granted my age and previous cycles, my eggs were not looking too flash.
So once again I spent a morning crying in the Spring Hill Specialist Centre's recovery room.
Not feeling overly confident.

Laned - Sending positive vibes to those 5 eggies for fertilisation.
Loveabug - Good news on being PUPO
AFM - No follies this morning, so my cycle has been cancelled.
The current plan is to wait a month or so, then look at doing a Clomid cycle. FS said that sometimes high doses of meds can turn old ovaries off, but just tickling them with a little bit of Clomid can do the trick. I have had follies with Clomid before so perhaps it can work again.
FS also suggested another Naturopath, Jason Jackson at Greenslopes Naturopathic - it turns out this is very close to our home. So am going to make an appointment there as well.

Chook - I am so sorry to read your news. I was truly hoping this was going to be a good cycle for you. This IVF process is such a cruel one. We seems to spend our time fighting the fertility gods of the universe. Fighting for follies, fighting for eggs and then fighting for the elusive BFP. Big hugs to you and DH, I know how much you guys wanted this and have fought for it. Be sure to let yourself grieve for the loss of this cycle. xx
