TTHC - Wowza! What an amazing result, super pleased for you guys. FX you won't need the soccer team of frozen bubs.
Will be back later for more personals when I get on the computer.
AFM - getting NT results at lunchtime and I'm awake as I'm so nervous, DH is fast asleep next to me, but I really wish it would be okay to take a Xanex right now

Hiya Sydney girls
Lola - I'm so sorry to hear your cr@p news!!! Hoping you, DH and max are having some quality time together and that especially holding max tight and wishing his sibling comes soon I know exactly what you mean about the pregnant people ALL around you!!! They're walking the streets and on the busses - I even wondered the other day why were sent off to specialist ultrasound places that are full of pregnant couples all in the waiting room with family members waiting to get that all illustrious 4D ultrasound picture!!!! Uuurrggghhh why do that to the fertility challenged community - I would much prefer them to have blocks of time - or a segregation room hahaha just see it now - left if your fertility challenged - right if your UTD !!!! I don't consider myself bitter - but common!!!! How long is the wait in "all good things come to those who wait"??? I've waited nearly 36 yrs and 2 marriages - I'm ready now mr karma
Nat - Well done in a normal cycle!!! Have fun dtd this month - gues we won't be hearing from you much this month a big congrats as well on your weight loss that's fantastic news!!!!
Alison, TTHC, catamere hope Your TWW are going well an your Embys and snuggling in nicely - car, I hear ya in the crinone - hope DP doesn't have to use pessaries or crinone - then she'll feel like Shes having pregnancy symptoms of triplets !!!!! ALL progesterone support gives pregnancy symptoms and were all guilty of being fertility specialists thanx to Dr Google-it's just in our nature !!!! Good luck getting through the TWW - don't know what would be worse being the one carrying the emby or the onlooker
How's our UTDs going??? Fel, EO, bebe and pink b!!!!!! Hope your all feeling well
Traveler - good news an relief you son need another d&c!!! Boo on the pregnancy announcements this week - as I said to Lola - don't know what $ux more the news of a pregnancy or the constant thoughts we have of am i / was i pregnant or when or will I fall pregnant!!!
Mac8 - I loooove hearing the long awaited sucess stories - not sure if you were around when I was talking about my cousin who went through 7 years of ivf (on and off) and fell pregnant naturally (with acu and tcm) she's now 5 months pregnant and my other GF who also went through ivf only to have pigeon pair twins after taking clexane after seeing a FS who diagnosed a clotting problem!!! These stories also bring us hope when were down
TTHC -what an awesome result for you and DH !!!!! What's your secret for son great embies ??? Pls share your secret - sorry to confuse you and no- in no Addison from private practice - I don't deliver Blair's every day I was referring to my GFs (6gfs R pregnant) and 7 babies - of which the twins were born in dec, a girl born day b4 AUS day and another baby girl yesterday!!! Waiting for 3 more - (march and may x2)
Peonies- hoping as well u don't need the doner sperm and if so that your at the top if the list - have fun in canberra I'll be there for work in a couple of weeks - I take coq10, elevit, 5mg if folic acid & added royal jelly to the mix recently - if I have another stim, I will be taking DHEA again (already have the prescription) however I do have very lie AMH - 2.2 - not sure in anything else but last FET cycle I did acu and we (DH and I) were going to try herbs but not at $240 per week for 3 months in conjunction with ivf !!!!
Hi Bella - glad to hear your cycle is going well - I hear ya on the possibility of natural miracle even when we cycling!!! Only because I have heard of couples going in and picking up Meds only to be caked up to say bring them back cause ur pregnant !!!!
Catfroggy - welcome back!! Warning - may be lots of questions to follow - did you fall pregnant with your daughter at 38? And is he your 1st? If undone mind why ru you guys ivf? Btw Louise looks absolutely adorable - here's hoping your new journey is short and sweet for a sibling for your DD !! Again sorry bout jumping in with all the questions!!!
Jen - wow on your FS allowing you to back up with full stim so soon - I thought I was lucky to be able I wait for just the one AF btwn cycles with WFC - and do you to be able to transfer 2 embies next time - that's very rare for such a young couple - some advise- I'm no doctor just from my experience ( and as from a back to back veteren) look after yourself - not just physically with all the Meds involved with full stim - but also mentally and emotionally as u did 3 x full stim over 6 months and had a well earned break before another 2 full stim and and FET - all in 12 months - it does take its toll on your relationship and general well being and remember you both have age on your side So take care of each other
Hi to quartz, starfish lindylou (sorry to anyone ive missed
Afm - well I broke down again last night at a comment one of my mates put on Facebook - damn FB!!!! And it wasn't web bad - she was just excited that our mutual friend had her baby girl and now they will have playmates - I thought seeing 6 friends all pregnant at the same time would be hard - now when we get together (not all 6 at once but close too) I'll have to get through seeing all their babies grow up together just hope mine comes sooner rather than later so mine will have playmates too- on the plus side at least I'll have heaps of clucky babysitters!!!! I'm also now having to deal with the girls returning from maternity leave -3 of which are F$@;$G pregnant again!!!!! Uuuurrrrgggggg!!!!
Just got back from gynecologist appt and all booked in for lap and hysto on easter Thursday 5 April so fingers X I may get some answers for my unexplained implantation issues !!!!

Infuriating!!! And now that he's born..... I'm copping status about how happy she is with her 3 boys and bla bla bla. I hate it. Everyone seems to be pregnant!!!

Thanks and bit confused
Thankyou for the warm welcome to your threads.
Bella978 & TTHC : I'm a little confused with the letters. Not sure what BFN and HCG is (feeling really stupid now)
In answer to some of the questions. WFC gave me confirm kit x 2. Told me to take one test Tuesday and one Thursday. I had to ring on Tuesday to let them know outcome. The nurse said if it was no different on Thursday not to take any more of the meds and did I want to book in for next transfer. I was a little shocked at this but have decided not to for about a month.
Everyone I know says not to rely on UT's. So this morning after another negative I went to my GP and asked for a blood test. I get this on Saturday and he told me to keep taking the meds until then. He also asked why I have not had a blood test with FC. Am I crazy or what!!!
My boobs are sore as hell and big and have a little bit of cramping. Not feeling sick but am tired all the time. Craving hot, spicy foods too. Am I reading too much into this.
Before my ET I had BT & US but was only given results from US not the BT. My lining was at 8.1.
The nurse did tell me I had the scientists in a bit of a panic on my BT but did not elaborate much except it was good.
My AMH was at 0.3 Oct 2010 and FSH was some horrendus amount (menopausal) hence the ED. She is a beautiful girl who I adore (best friend's daughter).
Anyways to everyone else it is good news for those ladies who are finally reaching their journey's wish and I am so sorry to those ladies who have had their journey put on hold. I am sure I will get use to everyones names soon (there is so many).
Happy thoughts for everyone!!!!

Lola - I am so sorry this wasn't your cycle, very crappy when AF shows before the BT!
EO - how are you going? I am so with you on the worrying.... After so many miscarriages as soon as I got my BFPs the anxiety kicked in. I so wish I could find a way to get rid of it but I think we invest so much in this process and we go through so much emotionally it's hard not to worry!
Traveler - that sucks that you are still bleeding. I was very lucky to only have a couple of days after my D&C. Hopefully it settles for you soon.
Mac & Peonies - hope your wait isn't too much longer and you can get into a cycle soon.
TTHC - congrats on being PUPO!!! And what great results with your embryos too.
Catfroggy - Welcome Back.... It's always nice to see a graduate! I hope #2 comes along quickly for you
Jeb - so great that you have been able to go into another cycle so quickly.
Catemer - The tww crazies are horrible, best advice is keep as busy as possible! Yes crinone absolutely mimics preg symptoms - its one of those cruel hope causing parts of IVF
Hi to Nat, bebe and Crofty!!! Sorry to anyone else I've missed, this thread is so busy at the moment.
AFM - am still pill popping, first BT and U/S is on Saturday and transfer should happen around the 28th Feb. Had an appt with FS today to discuss putting my last 2 frosties back this cycle which he has agreed to - I would be so happy with twins, would love to have my family finished in one hit!

Hope you are all travelling well and enjoying the sunshine the last couple of days.
Jeb - Must be so happy to be able to go back into another cycle, although still heartbreaking the last one wasnt the one. I am sending you lots of postive vibes this will be the one for you.
Crofty - Was it you who said you could be (or have) used DHEA? My FS is wanting to talk to me about going onto that for the next cycle if this little embyie doesnt stick - any advice you can provide on it would be great.
TTHC - How are you going with your TWW - what date is your BT?
Sorry i know there are lots of you I have missed, going to try and catch up over the weekend with personals.
AFM - Transfer went well yesterday, our one little embryo when transferred was a 4 cell, A grade little eggie - so FS said it doesnt get any better. So that is fantastic news and she also told me that if it doesnt stick not to be too upset, as she sees this cycle as a success as we got so much further than last cycle, and much further than she initially thought we would at EPU. TWW hasnt hit me yet been very busy with work, planning my DS 5th birthday party for next week, having a linen party tomorrow night and I think I just volunteered to be my DS soccer team manager!!!
sending each of you and

Crofty: i will try to answer to all ur questions (lol). I have a daughter from a previous marriage, she is 19 years old. Louise is my second daughter and yes she is an IVF-ICSI miracle. in between these two pregnancies, I fell pregnant six times but had or MC or ectopics. Both of my tubes have been lost because of the ectopics so DH and I had to tru IVF. We were very lucky to have a BFP after or second attempt when I was 39. Louise was born just six days shy of my 40th birthday!!
Quartz, Nat, and everyone else I missed
AFM: well I had to result of the BT yesterday morning and I started Puregon last night. So I am officialy back on board!!!.
It is a bit daunting as Baby Lou is still very very young. But we figured out that It may take a bit longer to fall pregnant this time and we can't really risk it to wait to long. Sometimes I think we are crazy but we are so ready for this. And as DH says "you work in Chilcare, you are used to have several young babies at the same time"

Yeah, I was really suprised we could cycle straight away. I asked the FS when we had a phone appointment on Tuesday (to discuss the failed cycle) when she thought we could try again, her response "You can cycle straight away if its what you want, there is nothing stopping you"..
Maybe, because I was on such a low dose (started on 112.5 and then in the last week went up to 150) and still got 16 eggs and no OHSS maybe that's why... I was quite suprised because I thought we wouldn't be able to cycle until May because of our little tropical holiday at the end of April, I was hoping we could go in March but I wasn't sure if we would be able too.. So Yay...
Even before she said we could cycle straight away she said that we will put 2 in (possibly because we had no frozen ones/the one that got put back in was an almost perfect embryo and still didn't stick - it was 7 cells) to maximise the chances of 1 sticking. And, she still wants to do a transfer at 3 days because there is a higher chance of having more available embryos.. i guess if this cycle doesn't work, then there will be some more reviewing going on to determine what we can do differently..
Emotionally, cycling sooner is what I need.. The thought of having waited until May, was emotionally, destroying me... I still get sad that my emby didn't want to stick, but, after she said we could cycle straight away, I felt so much calmer and a sense of peace, that as much as I try, this whole thing is really out of my control...
I only pray, that I get my dream come true, because, to not be a mummy, well, how do you plan a life around not being one when it's all you've wanted to be since you had your baby girl's name picked out at 13.
Good luck to those waiting on results xoxox

Lola: Oh honey my heart breaks so much for you. Thinking of you today for your BT honey, i so hope you get a lovely surprise with your results.
TTHC: What a perfect little superstar you have made and to still have so many still going strong is remarkable. Did you get the call about how many they froze? Oh hon i am so happy and over the moon for you. How are you feeling, hope the crazies are staying well and truly away.
Traveler: So glad to hear the scan showed good results and you won’t have to have another D&C. I’m hoping it eases up soon for you and your AF arrives so you can get started straight away. By far the pg announcements at your due date are the hardest. I had one the day after i came out of hospital from my MC and i was absolutely devastated. Sending you big hugs hon.
Quartz: That’s great you are able to put two back in. How are you feeling this time on the meds? Are you still feeling really hot? All the best for your scan tomorrow, sending lots of thick juicy lining vibes.
Felicita: How are you feeling? Are your symptoms starting to kick in now? How is your Nan going?
Bebe: How did your NT results go hon? Can’t wait to hear the good news.
Bella: How is the down regging going, hope your not getting too many nasty side affects. Any sign of AF yet? Mine was late by 6 days from the lucrin. Hope she shows up soon so you can get into all the fun stuff.
Crofty: Welcome back honey, we have missed you. So glad to hear you have a date for your procedures, although i am hoping you wont need them and your FET with the new protocol will give you a fantastic result. So when will you start your FET cycle?
Lindylou: Hope your last day at work isn’t too hectic. Have an amazing trip, even though its for work i hope you get some time to sight see and do some shopping. Can’t wait until yoru back and you can be PUPO with your perfect little superstar.
