So after being all excited about FET this morning we are now home. But not PUPO.
Of our 5 bubsicles not a single one survived the thaw.
We sat down and spoke with the scientist about what went wrong. It looks like somehow during the freezing process the embies didn't let go of all their water and so during the very last stage of the thawing process they died. The cells burst and that's it.
So back to the beginning. We start stabbing with Lucrin on sunday night. We will be throwing in some saizin (?sp) which is a growth hormone into the mix to try to help the eggs and subsequent embies.

Everyone is different, but for me that would seem low.
When I was on 2 x 90mg crinone per day my BFN progesterone was 30-35 (for 5/6 cycles, and must have been lower for 1/6 when AF arrived 4 days before BT).
When coming down from a stim-cycle 30-35 was scarcely enough to keep AF away because peak progesterone is so much higher after a stim (that's a bit of a guess on my part as to how my body works because I know from a CD21 progesterone test 4+ years ago that my natural cycle AF doesn't start until a lower progesterone is reached.)
I can't compare levels with my only pessary cycle to say if one is better than the other for raising progesterone levels because that cycle wasn't BFN.
Also, by using pessaries and vaginal gels, rather than PIO injections or oral tablets, the progesterone is "supposed" to stay more localised to where it's needed and not go traipsing so much around the blood ******.
So while getting a number from the blood test is a bit more info to hold, it might not tell an accurate picture. AF (presence/absence) will say if uterine progesterone is high enough for you. In the first instance, you simply need uterine progesterone high enough to keep AF away until you can get the hCG blood test done. At my clinic that was 16 dpo.
AFM - Now 28+4. At 28wks fundal height was 41cm!! Still been putting on a steady 1 kg a week. At this rate I'll be more than 100 kg before I'm done but Ob hasn't said to slow down with the weight.
DH might be out of ICU in about a week . He's been completely off the ventilator since Monday morning. He hasn't proven his breathing and coughing ability enough to have the tracheostomy tube removed yet, but having it out is not absolutely necessary before he comes home.

Mac8 - good luck for your FET on Monday!!
TTHC - thanks love. I had a lovely birthday weekend. Lunch with workmates on my birthday, then dinner out with DH that night, lunch with friends & family on the Saturday. I think I may have had more wines than I should have though, especially while stimming. Hopefully no damage. How are you going?
Felicita - glad everything is going well with the twins. Wow, your pregnancy seems to be going so fast! Sorry to hear your DH is still in ICU, poor fella. Hope he is feeling better & can go home with you soon.
AFM: I had another scan & BT this morning. E2 has risen well, more than doubled since Wed. Follies are looking good. Biggest 18mm, a 17, a 16 and several around 15/14 or so. A few smaller ones around 10, which may not mature. I reckon I might get 8 or 9 good ones, but if they're all good ones then that's good. FS is happy & looking good for EPU on Wed next week.
And now, all of a sudden, I have 2 job interviews! One on Mon, one on Tues. I'm in 2 minds about even the idea of changing jobs at this point, but they're opportunities that have just cropped up.

Felicita: So happy to hear from you. I am glad DH seems to be picking up. Hope he is home soon.
Peonies; Sounds like a few embies are in there. Good luck with EPU. Oh and Happy belated birthday.
Alison: Happy belated birthday to you too. Sorry to hear your cycle was canceled. Hope you have some good news from FS.
Hi to Traveller, TTHC, Nessika, Roma, Nat, Simpson desert, quartz, crofty, EO and everyone else I missed.
AFM: Well started progynaova again when I was in QLD. Had US & BT this morning and lining at 6mm so needs to be a little thicker. So am on 8mg morning and 4 mg night. Go for US & BT next monday so might be transferring next week sometime (if they don't forget me again. )

Peonies - Looks like things are going really well with your cycle hun - bring on EPU this week and a nice number of follies! How'd your first interview go today? So funny how things like that pop up out of nowhere and 2 at once, nice one!
TTHC - how are you and your little one? Hope MS is ldeaving you alone!
Wishing4 - your lining will get nice and plump this week and ready for transfer. I'm sure after last time's mishap you'll be treated as an extra extra VIP this time - not a chance of anything being forgotten!!
Catemar - so sorry to hear about your frosties. You and your DP are such troopers, I'm sending you loads of for a BFP this time around
AFM, well I'm PUPO with a 6 day hatching blasty! I'm happy and excited but also really, really nervous this time around. We had two frosties but one didn't survive the thaw so we're all out after this one. Hoping and praying this one will stick.
Hi to all the other girls I hope everyone has a great week

Welcoem back wishing!
Mac - congrats on being PUPO! Good luck - I really hope this is the one for you.
AFM: I feel good about this cycle. Definitely trigger tonight & EPU Wednesday. I have also made the decision to take from Wed off, right the way through all of next week (maybe even longer). I'm taking it as unpaid leave, and I am just going to relax and take it easy. Looks like good follies there - and the good news is that that, unlike last time, instead of the few lead ones getting much bigger in the last couple of days days, the growth energy appears to have mostly gone into catching up the smaller ones. Yay! They're all similar size, and there are about 10-12, all at least 17/18mm. And my final e2 number today was higher than the last time. Will see how I go.

Felocita-wow Tummy is as big as a full term singleton pregnancy! How do you manage day to day activities!? I hope you aren't still working! Glad DH is on the mend!
Peonies-great news about EPU on Wednesday! Do you still have the same donor as last cycle? How did the job interviews go? Can't wait to hear about lots of beautiful eggs on wed! Enjoy your time off work!!!
Wishing4-great news on transfer next week, I still can't believe what happened last time! I'm sure they'll be extra careful this time!!!
Mac8-how are you feeling PUPO lady!? Your little blast sounds absolutely perfect! I'm praying & keeping my fingers crossed for you sweety. No MS here! I'm one of the lucky ones hehe never had ms with any of my pregnancies, fingers crossed it stays that way!! When is BT?
Nessika-How is the jabbing going Hun? Where are you up to with your cycle?
Hi to all the other ladies!!
AFM-feeling really good, had another scan at 8 weeks & everything is looking perfect, I've now been released to my ob... Quite a bittersweet feeling knowing I won't be seeing my FS & FN's anymore... I actually cried I'll blame it on the hormones.....
