    Hi MARTTC
That does sound right... But it may push your O day 1 or 2 days later? If that makes sense & therefore your cycle length may be 1 or 2 days longer... I'm not 100% sure though

Are u temping??? Or using OPKs?

    Oh fantastic.....
I know we all get sick of the stories along the lines of "I know a friend who has a friend and they fell pregnant da da da"
BUT.. One of my close work colleagues had pcos and endo and couldn't fall preg or if she did she miscarried.... Anyways she had a lap done and fell preg straight away... I know this because she keeps telling me about it and telling me I should get it done too.....

So I have all my fingers and toes crossed for you hun...

    Haha yeah "those" stories
Thanks for sharing, I do like to hear positive stories when you are going though something similar... I had a spot of endo which they removed so here's hoping we will fall this month.
Pity I had a hissy fit @ work a week ago & resigned... So now technically unemployed been going for interviews but feel so anxious... I bet you I'll gall pregnant in my first weeks!! Hehe

Hi ladies, do you mind if I join you? I'm just about to start my first round of clomid, starting on monday with 50mg on cd5-9. I'm so scared and excited and nervous! I am wondering what horrible things can I expect?

    Thanks

Welcome! I didn't have any side effects from clomid. It worked for me - dominant follicle and ovulation, but no bfp yet.

Hi ladies, if your not being scanned how do you know when your actually ovulating & that's there's not to many eggs being released?
    I'm tempting but that's it?!

Hi, good luck this is my second cycle!

I found when I took it at night I couldn't sleep!

I had tummy pains for about an hr one of the days but that's it, apart from being very emotional

I think you should see a FS who provides scans. It's all trial and error. This month I didn't o until CD18, but I knew that because the scans showed my follicle growing a bit slower this month. It also allows you to get a trigger at the right time to ensure you ovulate.

And my FS requires a scan in case you over respond to the clomid and grow too many follicles.
