21andtrying - EPU = Egg Pick Up (egg collection)
Estrogen should be about 1000 for ovulation and a mature egg. My FS (fertility specialist) says she uses it to approximate how many eggs are there in addition to the follicle count. (As Samarasmum mentioned getting more than one egg from a large follicle).
Good luck tomorrow, Samarasmum!!!

Pilbara Crossfinger that cycle number 4 is your lucky cycle.
Leafy I survived as I have been really busy but I came crashing down today through all the stress and I have been snapping at the kids. What is your plan for FET? Have you got your router fixed?
21andtrying Good luck with you OI. Good luck with your baby dancing this weekend.
PerthS My wait is finally over. Great fert rate. Yes quality is better than quantity. How is the TWW treating you? Try and keep yourself busy.
A Big Sariele and everyone else. I hope everyone is organised for Christmas.
AFM I got my results back and it is . My HCG is 52 so hopefully it was late implantation. I get to have another BT next Friday.

Samarasmum!! What can I say?! Congratulations!!!
52 is fine for only 4 weeks. I know someone who was only at 38, and is now just 13 weeks. (I know this because she was 2 days infront of me, and my hcg was 34...I miscarried). Fingers crossed Fridays test shows it zooming up there.

Great news Samarasmum, I have my for a great result for your next BT.
Hi to everyone else.. busy weekend for me so I haven't been around much. Two weeks holidays starting this Friday though, so I'll probably be on here all the time then, lol.

Oh my gosh congratulations Samarasmum! Such good news, let's hope it happens for us soon too
Just a quick question ladies, how will I know if I have actually ovulated? I am still getting a positive in my tests, so will that go down post ovulation? I have have a lot of sharp pains in my ovaries over the past few hours and I'm hoping this is good?
I think I'm starting to wear out DH hehe but once I know I have ovulated we can break lol fun experience though and DH is into it for a change
I have a BT on the 23rd, that will be 7 days after my trigger, what should my levels be at? I am also on progesterone pessaries?
Thanks ladies !

21and tryin g - normally you should ovulate abour 24 to 48 hours after your trigger injection.
Yes, most of us are on progesterone (pessaries or the horrid gel, Crinone) and that will give you lots of cramping which can feel like ovulation, period pain or pregnancy 'stretching'. So, IMHO, if you're on medication, ignore all the twinges! It's the medication!
I expect you'll be on the pessaries for the first timester, or at least until the FS thinks you're all clear.
Sperm should hang around for about 3 days on average, so really, you only need to have sex once every 2 or 3 days over your ovulation window and you should be fine. I'm surprised your fertility nurse didn't go through all the details with you! Don't be shy - if you have questions, just phone them! That is what they're for and I'm sure they've been asked everything before.
