Looks like I'm out too. AF arrived a few hours ago, a few days later than expected but right on cue at the very end of my honeymoon! Literally it was just as we landed that I got the first pains. What a depressing honeymoon ending! Cramps-wise It feels like the real thing this time unlike the bleeding I had a few days ago and was mistaking for AF. That is still unexplained. Will have to keep an eye on this period to see if it goes as per normal.

Anyway, I feel quite sad about it as I had my hopes up, but all I can do now is move on to next month and try again.

Thanks for responding to my thoughts and comments. It really helps.

    Better luck next month everyone

I'm also out for this month - as expected, O day was while I was away in Brisbane, so no opportunity to DTD in the appropriate window.

On the plus side, that means I can have a glass of wine this evening!

    Hi there,

Sorry for those that are out of luck this month. I know how you feel and it really sucks sometimes but hang in there!

I love the honesty on this forum - it is easy to relate to and validates the variety of feelings we all go through.

I'm definitely not even in with a chance this month as have been unwell and really stressed out so no desire to dtd

The good thing is that I have come out of the darkness and am keen to get right back into it - yay!

    Take care out there

Sorry to hear about the AF's laddies, it's amazing that so many of us are in sync with each other! I will be expecting my AF early next month as didn't get a chance to dtd around ovulation.

Fingers crossed that June will be a new and exciting month!

So is anyone trying anything different this month? (Besides just trying to be home at the right time! HA!) I'm back to taking temperatures, mostly because I think it helps with the TWW. When I see the temp dropping it helps me to know that AF is coming. Without that, I've been going nuts.

Does anyone know anything that's supposed to help conception? I'm wondering about trying every old wives tale. I did read that full dairy products are supposed to help. I know hubby would be happy if we had full cream milk in the fridge instead of skinny milk Hmmmm....perhaps I'll just cross my fingers instead and save my waistline. It's our first wedding anniversary in June so maybe that'll bring us some luck.

We're going to try SMEP this month...it's new for us, although I guess many of you would have given it a go!?
I hope your wedding anniversary brings you some luck NAT256

Im out too.. My new thing to try is a fertility specialist on Thursday
Ive tried SMEP, every 2nd day, acupuncture and started drinking full strength milk as well as a few other food things like all organic meat/veg a few months ago
Im almost hoping they find something wrong which they can cure so I can regain some sanity.. Im tired and sick of waking up at early every day to do temps but ovulation seems to change each month.. give me strength

My new thing this month is Clomid. And next month, if it hasn't worked, my new thing will be starting Clomid on day 3 rather than day 5. But I've heard the dairy thing too, and I'm willing to give it a go, as my latest client is a dairy company . Gotta make sure they can pay me!

8pm on CD9 and still no AF! A new record!

    Hi Ladies,

I have been MIA for a while now. I feel for all of you not so lucky this month. Let's hope the changes you are all making all end in BFP's for you.

As for me, we were told that ART was our option. After grappling with that we have then been through the whole process of initiation at the clinic, checks, tests and counselling etc.

I must say that now we are two sleeps out from our meeting with our FS to decide on the final route to take. I have spent the past 4 weeks chopping and changing from IUI to IVF. I still am undecided. Anyone have this dilemma? I have one blocked tube and thinking (if I know my body) the next cycle I will ovulate from my working side so lets give unmedicated IUI a go. But what if my body decides that it will go the blocked side twice, waste of a cycle.

So, to the point, I'm excited . AF is due next Tuesday and I hope to start whatever ART we are going to choose.

Good luck everyone and keep posting your thoughts.

Well I might start taking Royal Jelly again, brought a bottle a couple of months ago but kept forgetting to take and dh finished it. It has a few heath benefits including helping with fertility, I have attached a link.
