I highly recommended swimming as a weight loss, it works the whole body and really gets that heart rate moving..
I also used to do deep water running prior to being UTD, lost 10kg within 2months from it..

can i intrude here just for a second.. have you heard of aqua aerobics? some swimming schools run it, if you can get an hour a week alone for a class that could be an option? i did it for a while (not for weightloss though) and it was a lot of fun and definitely a physical workout.

Swimming is very effective exercise for burning fat and losing unwanted weight.
It burns the fat in your arms, legs, thighs, and body, and makes your body slim.
