Haha do not worry I ate two frozen chocolate muffins last night and they were AMAZING haha no wonder I didn't lose any this week

Yep they are haha and nah just ate them frozen... Couldn't wait that long. It was hot and they were cold mmmm

I know and I just baked choccy biscuits and carrot muffins for DFs lunches. Only had a wee taste of the carrot cake mixture and I counted it haha I just guessed, but better than ignoring it.
Hate having home baking in the house it's so tempting

I have about 3-5 pieces a day. I could eat more though but I try to limit myself.

Oh that's ok then that's about what I eat too. I did read in The booklet that the fruit you eat has been included in your points anyway but I was just wondering if they meant like two bits or something.

Weigh in yesterday lost 1.6 stoked, out of the 80's and into the 70's!!! 17.1kg total!!
I eat 4-5 bits or fruit through out the day
