Thanks, hope the hcg rises today and keeps rising- hope I am not strung along for another 2WW like you were (although if it means a BFP I can handle that- probably more waiting 2 more weeks and then find out it's a BFN that stresses me). Today is the worst wait- had my follow up BT this morning, now waiting for the phone to ring later today.

    Results are in:
HcG went UP (that at least is good)
HcG went from 24 to 40 in 1.5 days.
    Progesterone is now fine.
I remember on Tuesday I had a tiny bit of pink blood in the morning- maybe it was late implantation?

Now the anguish continues- next BT Friday.

ATM I can only pray for that.
Hey, Micca can I ask what you think about this?
Originally on crinone twice a day (that has almost run out).
Cause the progesterone was low on Sat the clinic said add a pessary once a day too.
Now today they wouldn't give me any more crinone and said use the pessaries twice a day. Progesterone is fine now with 2 crinones and 1 pessary. but I am to go to only 2 pessaries. To me that sounds like the same dose as the crinone- which wasn't high enough. Or are pessaries stronger? I have no idea.
Anyway, I have phoned my FS for her direct input- but she hasn't called back yet.

fortitude... it does not sounds right to me... as the crinolone is slow release and so 1-2 day is the usual dose. Pessaries really only absorb over 30mins.. so usually the dose is 3-4 a day... my FS uses 4 a day for FETs and 3 daily for IVF. you can always just do that... will cause no harm and it will make you feel better you can get a script from your GP for more --- but it does get expensive... at around $80 for 14 ... crinolone works just as well at 2 x day but it is $180 for 14.. often your FS can sell you them a lot cheaper.

wannabub... how are you going with the twinies?? I hope that your uss was ok and it is going well... or have you had them??

    wanabemum.
... lol on the chips and chocolate... yep there is definately a lot of emotional eating in this game... I had chocolate peanuts and that coloured popcorn today....lol..lol... so trying to be good but its a slow process...
I can sympathise with you on the 4ww as it is just what I have gone through... last blood test tomorrow so I hope I get some closure.

    goodnight ladies..

Thanks Micca- had a chat with my FS directly this morning. She is very very please I had an implant first cycle and said if this embryo isn't the one she has great confidence for a future BFP. She said the pessaries go into your blood stream and she is happy with the type/dosage. She says they will best support this pregnancy and give it every chance, but only time will tell the outcome.
I feel much better having spoken with the Dr!

    Hi ladies
Just a quick one to say great news Fort ! I know it's agonising but that is a truly awesome result so far for your first cycle, you may be one of the very lucky ones that goes 'all the way' on cycle one !

Re prog, for all my cycles I had 2 crinone or 2 pessaries, I've never had 3-4 pessaries, and the doses can differ. Crinone was always 90mg per dose & pessaries 100mg, so in effect approx 200mg per day either way.

I reckon I had a 7ww on this pregnancy while waiting for HCG to rise, then my first scan. It is truly agonising !!

Best of luck, I'll come back soon to see how you other lovelies are doing.

    Hi Lilbirdy!
Thanks so much for the positive news story- makes hope seem possible. I am assured by my FS that this implantation is good news at least- even if it doesn't progress. I am hoping above all hopes that this little one sticks and grows.
    A 7WW!!!
Truth be told, with my age and my past history until I have a bundle in my arms the whole thing will be a giant wait.
    How's the diabetes going?
