Well i went to boxing last night so today i am grateful....
- that my office chair has wheels because it hurts my abs and legs to stand
- that the toilet has a disable bar to assist with sitting on it and getting up
- that the stairs to get coffee has a rail for me to lean on to get up and down them
- that my car is at a good height and i can fall in/out
i dont know why i do this to myself every.single.week!! Must be working though!!

I'm grateful for the support network I have around me: my playgroup and the ladies that help out there, the mummy friends I have made thru mums group, kindy etc. I would be lost without them

I've been having a pretty horrible day, so it's lovely to read such positive things - and to think of some positives myself.
-that I finally found something I could stomach for lunch (mushroom soup)
-my wonderful partner
-that I can feel my bub kicking, even though with an anterior placenta I wasn't expecting to feel it for a few more weeks
-having such a comfortable life (roof over our heads, plenty of food, no MAJOR stressors)
-that i'm going to have a delicious dinner
-that my dog is so good at making me smile
