    You can try a product called Silica from the health food store.It ia a liquid and I use it and it has strengthened my hair and nails

    Have you checked your hormones? Your hormones could be out of whack but you'd still be getting a regular period and what not. I get mine every 28-30 days and my hormones are completely all over the shop.
