I don't know where you are , but in Qld MASS supply nappies to incontinent children over 5. Your local continance nurse should be able to help you.

We get the caps $500 funding but we also get an extra $540 of continence equipment given to us. Waterproof bedding, we just got 10 packets of pull ups delivered. It's 5 and up here in Vic but there was a waiting list or our area

i sent off forms and hubby must have chose to get it twice a year because all i got so far is 79.00 dollars
