Yay Kel, sounds like the meds worked a treat for Henry. I'm sure you nearly feel human today.
Alittle I hope you have some lovely eggies.
Well my saga continues AF arrived today, so I went for my scan. Thankfully the cyst has gone, but I have 4 follicles, FN asked are you sure you are on day 1 WTF?!? Anyway no cycle this month, I'm going on the pill & synarel, which I had awful cycles on........ I'm sooooo close to pulling the pin on this IVF c**p

Nessie can you switch and do an iui with your four follicles? Or try for a natural?

Kismet, that's great news re Evie's hips
M4N, hope little one is over UTI soon poor little sweetheart. Lots of water and antib's is what I was always told whenever I got one.... and I took Ural, but that's for adults, don't think they have an equivalent for bubs.
BK, that's awesome.... Keep it up Henry!
Nessie, how frustrating, but I'm with BK.... can you IUI.... Or maybe that dream was a preminition that a natural BFP is on its way?
AFM, 6 eggs picked up today. Not a huge haul, but a good number. Now for the nerve wracking wait to hear they've been prize eggs and graduated to embryo status..... won't know until Monday how it all went, but if I get a phone call on Sunday with a transfer time, I can assume we have at least one potential candidiate.

Alittle that's great. Will keep my fingers crossed for great fertilisation.
Nessie wow! I've heard as we age our bodies release more eggs wonder if that's the reason.
Amum when does Kade start? Scarlett had a much better morning on Thursday. I think after a few more weeks she'll be fine. JFB I could leave her later than 1230 but given she's been at home for such a long time they think and I agree that she should start with short days before she stays longer. I've extended my maternity leave for another 12 months so I'm not in a rush for her to stay longer. It's mainly for socialization reasons that I'm sending her.

Ruby just did a poo in the toilet!!!
Yay...what an event!

BK - go Ruby and Henry!! sounds like you've turned a corner with them both How excited was Ruby doing her poo in the loo?
Nessie - I've heard same thing that us older women can release more eggs as our hormones begin to change (that's how old bosses wife fell preg at 40 with twins). Imagine this...if dh sperm was good you could fall preg with quads ffs! Was thinking you could ask AH about using lucrin instead of synarel, it works better, it's another injection but it's not a bad one, it's what I used cos synarel stuffed me up and prog went all over the place. With the lucrin the prog did what it was suppose to do. I think you've had probs with prog before haven't you? Just a thought I think is worth asking him about.
Alittle - still a nice number, hope they are good fertile ones. What type of cycle did you have?
JFB - what a $hit day, bet it's chaos down there atm with this weather, I hate having to go anywhere when it's bucketing down. I've just polished off 1/2 a block of dark bubbly choc, and trying to stop myself from eating the rest of it, I'm craving reallllyy bad so I guess the biyatch will be visiting any day soon. I'm not sure I can ignore the fact the rest of the block is sitting in the fridge, but today's shock horror look into a change room mirror should deter me if I had good sense but I'm feeling no will power what so ever, plus I'm bored $hitless, only thing on the box tonight is Sound of bl))dy Music. Actually had a very productive day at the shops today, Evie fell asleep in the pram for once and I was allowed to go my merry way until she woke up, yay!
Sonja - perhaps you could just stretch Scarlett's day a little longer each week gauging how she is.
As for my mum, we saw a geriatrician and neither of us liked him very much, he spoke to her like she was a child and basically ignored her and talked to me and I thought it was insulting, she's still quite with it most of the time. He cut us off anytime we spoke about how she was feeling so I really don't think he looked at every angle. She passed most of the tests that signal dementia but dr still wants to follow her progress, I doubt I will get mum back to him, she was really peed off with him. I'm convinced after researching the internet that all the symptoms she has been having are pointing to her COPD disease, she is at a severe stage of it and unfortunately from what I can tell, nearing the end stage. We see her respritory specialist next week.

Kismet, I do the Antagonist cycle. Re your mum, that's very disappointing re the Geriatrician. Hope you have a more helpful and better visit with the respitory specialist. Getting old just sucks big time. Nice work miss Evie. More falling asleep in the pram please.
JFB, good news re GD but what a crappy day....sounds like more chocolate is in order.
Sonja, that 's great that Scarlett is doing better. Hoepfully she's on the improve from here.... and nice to have another 12mths off from work.

Kismet I'm sorry to hear about your mum. It amazes me how many bad specialists around. The amount they charge and their manner can be terrible. I hope you can get more answers soon x
