    i have heard how ever be careful to cause on a normal cycle you may only waste 1 egg, but say you have weak eggs or low ovary reserve and use soy, you may pop a few and all be wasted so not good if low ovary reserve at times to

    This will be my second and last cycle I will be trying soy before seeing my FS.

    I know my progesterone isn't what it used to be as my temps post ovulation aren't as high as they used to be, and I don't get the usual symptoms such as sore breasts in the second half of my cycle as I used to. So while I can't say I definitely have low progesterone, I have a lot of clues to suggest that I do.

    I have a natural progesterone cream that I'll be using after ovulation plus taking the usual supplements to help with progesterone production.

    I've tried that many natural remedies that I'm willing to give anything a go at the moment. I'm really hoping to fall pregnant before having to see a specialist!

    Phytoestrogens = bad for fertility.

    Well I wouldn't be pregnant if it wasn't for taking soy isoflavones.

    Did you get any bd in trayc? I actually miss my shakes but I can't complain as I'm yet to put on weight yet. Would be great if I could keep the weight gain to a minimum.

    There are not enough studies to prove that it's bad for fertility.
