Yeah sounds good, think I'll do the same.. Ive been googling and the thread that I was reading a Lot of them were increasing their dose, and most of them were taking it in CD 2-6, but I think CD 3-7 is just as good All the best oh and they also took it at night to prevent any side effects ?? Headaches mostly...

Think it's going to be a crazy month allll round...
I saw a homeopath yesterday, then started to read the thread here about them something I shouldn't of done ...
Anyways, Ive started this tonic, and she to told me to stop the vitex I just brought 2 more bottles and still have a 3/4 full one I can continue my other pills and the SI when my period arrives. But she told me to think about weening myself off my A'depressant... Not sure how I feel about that... I may just wait till AF arrives then give it some serious thought!! Hope the SI works for you... it will give me more hope

Sorry to crash, just saw your post- I had a fair bit to say in that thread, sorry if it upset you! Please, please don't stop taking anti-d's on the advice of a homeopath, they are NOT qualified in that area- if you want to stop them please do so under the supervision of your prescribing dr or psych. All the best xxx

I took soy isoflavones (2 of the phytolife ones) on cd3-7 and I'm now 8.5 weeks pregnant. I think they ate great and they worked the first time with me. I took the same dose each day for the five days at night time. However, DON'T TAKE WITH VITEX!!!!

No harsh feelings... I just need to attempt EVERYTHING.. to say that I did ALL I can to extend on my family. I just don't want to have any regrets when im 80yo ( if I make it that old)
I know what you mean about the anti-D... Ive taken myself off them before.. But went back saw my GP as I knew I needed to go back on them..

Indah- Congrats on your pregnancy Some more hope for us wanting to also try SI What else did you take???
