Hi Ladies, do you mind if I join you all? Thanks to Graciesmum for telling me about this thread, I bit the bullet and joined the June Due Date group today but am unsure if I'll feel uncomfotable there.
It's great to see so many familiar faces around and to hear of so many of you passing those milestones, I'm so happy for you all. Sorry I went MIA for a couple of months, I found myself getting stressed out enough for me to believe it was effecting my chances. I stopped reading BuBHub, stopped temping and banned myself from looking at calendars! That, along with cutting out all caffeine, exercising everday, DH going on vitamins... we got our second BFP!
It was our 4 year wedding anniversary last week so decided to POAS even though I was only 3 weeks 4 days. I was REALLY not expecting a BFP but I was able to give DH the best anniversary present ever (I didn't even have to squint to see the second line!). I'm 4 weeks 3 days today (LMP) and AF is probably due today but no sign so far. I did another test last Friday which had the second line as dark as the control line but I am still scared.
I'm going to book a GP visit for sometime next week, I'm not sure if I should get bloods or not. I didn't get them done last time until we had two scans that didn't look very good. They showed my HGC rising but doing so slowly and on the lower side of 'normal'. We are off to New Zealand in 11 days so I'm not sure if getting HGC now will put my mind at ease while we're away or make me worry if they are low. It will be interesting if M/S hits this time, we fly out when I'm 6 weeks exactly! We are prepared to cancle if needed, I'd much rather stay at home sick and pregnant than go on a holiday!
Lou - Congrats on the great HGC and seeing a heartbeat! You must be over the moon.
Gracie - Hope your results are good tomorrow. A HGC POAS is such a good idea, probably best they don't exsist though as I'm sure I'd be broke by now :P.

Autumnlove - So happy that you found us!
I hope you find yourself more at home here and don't feel restricted expressing your fears and worries... this is a soft place to fall as we all understand first hand and likely feel the same way!
I'm so glad to hear you took the time off to re-focus and de-stress yourself and that you are feeling better. Congratulations on your BFP!! How exciting! We are only 5 days apart... i am due 11/6. Do you think you will get bloods done? I guess it depends on whether you think you would be too stressed if the levels are lower than you would like. It's probably a bit early at 4w3d, if you do maybe wait until at least 5w?
Lou -That's such great news that everything is looking perfect with bub and that your levels were fantastic! I can't believe you heard a heart beat already!!!! Wow.... it amazes me that their tiny hearts start beating at just 6wks. Isn't that incredible?
Just makes me more determined to convince my OB to send me for a dating scan because i think i will burst if i don't get to see Bumpkin until 12wks!!!
How is everyone else going today?
I can't wait to get my BT results tomorrow.... gee i hope my levels are looking good... i really do.

oh Lou, i'm so happy for you! I was thinking about you all day! so relieved everything is looking good, you must feel so much better now
I will try to build a ticker WithoutPeanutI have to admit, it's one of those things I'm scared to do in case I jinx things.. like picking up my baby books again, or making love with DH.. something only you girls can understand
Gracie's mummy I'm glad you survived the blood test! They're not pleasant! I have very deep veins so always end up with multiple pricks & bruises! Fun!
Great idea to invent a POAS HCG level test! I too am worried that my symptoms aren't too bad yet. But I keep reminding myself I'm only 4wks 3 days according to O. We're both still early & I bet in a few weeks time we'll be wishing our symptoms weren't so bad!
i'm sure your bloods will be great!am counting down with you! xx
Goodluck with the blood test Giggle! Awesome that you have such strong symptoms!
Welcome AutumnCongratulations on your BFP!
it's a wonderful but scary time isn't it! We are exactly the same amount of pregnant lol! How cool! I had bloods done on Friday which were good and will probably request another on Wednesday if they'll allow it? Glad to see you here
Am feeling on top of the world at the moment (besides the occasional nausea etc), I am so happy to have another chance! I hope with all my heart that bubba sticks with me!

Thanks Gracie. It's cool we are close in dates, I always feel better having women to share the journey with. I am still undecided about getting bloods, I will probably book into the GP next Monday which will make me 5 weeks 3 days so I can get bloods taken again on Wednesday if I decide to do so... we go overseas on the Friday. My GP likes the relaxed approach so maybe he'll swap me not to get them taken, I'll have a chat with him and decide on the day.
Daisy - I have a due date buddy already, awesome! Glad to hear your blood results were good. I have a few symptoms but nothing major yet which also has me a little worried even though I know it's probably just too early. Looking forward to my first day of nausea to reassure myself.

Isn't it funny how we actually want to feel symptoms and morning sickness?! When I was pregnant with DD I vomited a minimum 3 times a day from Wk 6 to Wk 26 and I was so put off by the m/s I didn't go back for another baby for 3 years! Lol! Ironically now I am just hanging out for at least one good vom so I know everything is ok in there!! Seems silly..

Woohoo Goosette - Another Graduate from the other thread
Congrats Hun, im still needing to get past AF's due date too.
she doesnt show her ugly face for either of us. Mine is supposed to be due Wednesday.
Welcome AutumnLove & congrats. I look forward to getting to know you over the next 8 months or so
Daisy - Its a good feeling isnt it? I love the thought of welcoming a new little person but like you, im scared of jinxing myself.
AFM - Ive been reading bits and peices of "Feeding the Bump" this afternoon. Im on a mission to eat as healthy as possible. Im craving bangers and mash tonight though, so once thats over with im going to be extra good. Ive done pretty good otherwise, had breaky, bannana & a healthy lunch so i guess dinners fat content isnt too bad. I will have extra veg to make up for it LOL.
