I have 25 progesterone pessaries (what is left from a bottle of 36) which I no longer need. I bought the bottle of 36 from the Discount Pharmacy in Mitchell for $165 a few weeks ago and they've been properly stored in the fridge ever since. I'd be delighted to sell them to someone for around half price, which works out to about $60 (here's a scary thought - they're about $4.60 each!).

Pls PM me if you're interested.
DAMN DAMN DAMN!!! Bought some TODAY!! Grrrr

I'll also have a look at my script. It's in the car at the moment and I really can't be bothered venturing outside. It's only a couple of steps away from the front door but I'm scared of getting bowled over by the wind

Fortitude - Thanks for the good wishes. I am due mid-December. I saw on another thread that the pregnancy has not continued for you this time. Very sorry to hear that . I think Simone Campbell is your FS? She is also mine and I have enormous faith in her. She is a fantastic doctor and will do everything in her power to get you an ongoing pregnancy. As I think others have said, the fact that you had an implantation on your first attempt is an excellent sign. All the best for your next cycle

Rittzy - the offer of the pessaries is still there. We are going to live overseas in early August, so if either you or Fortitude would like them, pls let me know before then. I don't like the thought of just chucking them out!

Best of luck to you both.

Thanks, it was pretty sad but at least I know I can still achieve an implant. Just need the right embyro. You're right, I have faith that if it can happen Simone will make it happen. Will let you know- maybe I will need them for my FET in July? I just need to ask Dr Campbell what plans she has for progesterone next cycle. If you have them then I would like them for sure.
Just wondering, did you do a completely natural FET cycle with yours or were some supportive drugs involved?

    Hi again Fortitude

The FET on which I got the BFP I was on pessaries (1/day), Clexane (1x40mg injection/day) and Prednisolone (20mg/day). So definitely not a natural FET! I was also on Thyroxine for my thyroid, but had been for nearly all previous transfers too (same with the pessaries - I think they're pretty much standard for Genea).

On the remaining pessaries, pls do let me know if you - or any other Canberra women - want them. I'm so reluctant to just chuck them out, given the price, but will have to in about 3 weeks time....
