Yay I can finally log in!
Bubba- Oh hun i am so sorry There are no words that can make you feel any better but i am thinking of you. Try to take some time out for yourself. It is so hard to get a negative IVF cycle when you have such high hopes. Did they tell you they will call you on Friday as well?

Pink, Bubba, Magic, Summa, Lisa, Silent, Talez, Elly, Angel, Spanna and Annie...thank you all so much for being excited for DH and I!! It still doesn't feel real so I've used up all my tests - the line was darker than the control yesterday morning which was exciting I'm hanging out for the MS to start, and really can't wait hey..
Lisa - nope, nothing different. Every month since starting ttc we've BD'd right at O. And I was sooo ridiculously stressed this month so it's not the whole "just relax" thing That's awesome you bought the cot! You'll need to show us some pics
Bubba - oh my goodness, I am so sorry to hear than AF arrived I was really hoping this month would be it for you. Thinking of you and your DH I'm so sorry again..
Magic - I just read your diary and saw that you're not having a good time with everything I hope you're ok
Pink - I remember reading that you had massive cramps, did your FS explain them at all? I've been a bit worried as I've had shocking cramps, only every so often but pretty pinching ones. Hope you don't mind me asking

I have some news...
On the 5th of July DH and I welcomed Calvin Barry S..... into our lives. He was born by emergency induction 6 weeks early, weighed 1890g (4lb 2oz) and was 45cm long. I developed pre-eclampsia and HELLP syndrome which didn't show any symptoms until my platelet level was really, really low so I wasn't allowed an epidural and things were pretty dicey for a while. It was picked up during a quick check up at the hospital for a UTI and within 10 hours I was ambulanced to another hospital and induced. I was in hospital for a week and Calvin will be there for about 3 weeks. He is doing really well, is now breathing on his own and is attempting breastfeeding but falls asleep during it so is still tube fed. I'm still recovering and it will be months before I'm fully healthy but I'm feeling pretty good. I'm just so thankful that a doctor decided to do a blood test when they did, otherwise the outcome would have been very different.
So, our little man has arrived. We can't stop looking at him and watching his facial expressions. Smiles, frowns, cheeky grins, they all make the rest of the world disappear so it is just us three sharing a moment.
I haven't read through the thread so my apologies for not being "with it". Congrats to those with a BFP and lots and lots of to everyone.

Ziara!!!! Congratulations on your little boy!!!!!
But OMG!!! You poor thing! That must have been terrifying! Thanks so much for popping in and letting us know how it went, I was only just thinking of you the other day.
I hope both you and your little man grow strong and healthy. Please give us an update when you get a chance.
Nocturne - We need pics please!!!!! I want to see your BFP!!! Oh and by the way, don't forget that your not allowed to leave this thread!!! You have to stay put just like the rest of our preggy clan.
I'm doing ok-ish, thanks for asking hun. Just a simple case of too many problems and not enough solutions! *sigh*
Lisa - Yippee for the cot!!! Silly DH, doesn't he know ALL baby stuff is needed RIGHT NOW!!
AnnieJ - You're very welcome, glad you feel part of the 'family'. By the way, thanks for the review of MCN's in your diary. I'm totally stealing your research!
Bubba - Thinking of you

Ziara - massive congrats! What a good thing that your Dr did the blood test, glad to hear everything has worked out ok and you're both doing well
Magic - I will get some photos on tonight of my BFP Are you sure you don't mind me hanging around? I don't want to offend anyone..I hope you can find some solutions, but it all must be difficult. When is your blood specialist (forget what they're called) appointment?
Also, if you really don't mind me staying, would you mind putting me down on the front page for scan on 01 August? My FS is doing it, even though it wasn't through IVF..he's so lovely
