    Although tomorrow is my first work day since low carb so that will be a test. The partner I work for can be a C if he's in a bad mood, so hopefully i won't burst into tears.

    Going on a low carb diet made me gain 10 kg so fast - I have had a lot of trouble with emotional eating and my friend and I are now following this site http://www.missfitnesslife.com/ which is helping and inspiring

    You can try using stevia for a sugar substitute, it's natural and great for the sugar cravings and has no calories! You can buy it in Coles/woolies and it's great for cooking too. I'm on a no carb diet and I was wondering why I was feeling quite edgy the last couple of days!!! Lol. My hubby keeps asking me what's wrong! Poor guy... So it obviously the lack of carbs hopefully my body gets used to it and I lose some kgs.
