Default Puree corn - fresh or frozen

Does anyone know if frozen corn would be ok to add to baby purees?

And after steaming would it be best to puree in a food processor or food mill (mouli)?

I went all out the other day and steamed fresh corn, then processed in a food mill, it made the yummiest creamed corn

DS is only 6 months so I worry about leaving the husks in if I process in a food processor, would his stomach be able to handle it?

    TIA

I do corn for DD all the time and she is 7 months. Her fav meal is pumkin and corn puree. I use frozen corn and just steam that and fresh pumpkin up together then blend in a food processor. The husks were an issue but I just push all of the puree through a sieve. I read somewhere that it's fine to refreeze and it's never been an issue. It's so yummy I'm more than happy to finish any leftovers haha

And by husks being an issue I meant that I was worried about her choking... Her tummy handled them fine.

Thanks Johanna, I'm going to try it your way, I mixed it with a premade pumpkin portion for his meal and he loved it, it'll be so much easier to cook together
