Default did I get a bfp?

    Hi Guys
I took a pregnancy test using Lullaby conceptions.
I got two lines, but the test line lighter than the control line.
    under postive result, It says,
two lines are visible and the test line is the same or darker than the control line.
But it has a picture of the test line being lighter for the positive, and look like my result.
Now as for a neg result.
One line visable, or two lines, but the test line is lighter than the control.

I would upload a photo but dont no how to.
    Thanks

I'm not familiar with those tests but sounds like a positive result to me.
Most of pregnancies showed only a faint second line on the pregnancy test.
Maybe wait a few days and test again? or try a different test?, i find first response to be a good, reliable test.

    Good luck

The instructions sound like those for an OPK. Are you reading the right set of instructions?

Normally the test line does not have to match or be darker than the control line for a pregnancy test... The line just has to appear within the specified amount of time. I dont know if the lullaby ones work different to other tests.

If they're pregnancy test you just need to see a second line within the recommended time frame, doesn't matter if it's fainter than the control line. sounds like it's a positive.

I just wondered as when I've ordered from them they have included opk's as well.

    Sounds like a bfp. Congrats

    Hi Strawberries,

Sounds like a BFP to me, congrats!!! I'm pretty sure as long as two lines come up within the 10min time frame then it is positive, yay!

If you're not sure, you should do another test or grab a First Response test & give that a go today or tomorrow morning.

Congrats though, it really does sound like a positive result!!!

    Oh really
If I have a bfp I am going to be over the moon,
My husband and I have been trying since july last year, but been planing since 09 but had my health set me back. I did get a bfp last year but later had a M/C. So I cant wait to find out.
Tomorrow morning I do a different brand test.

I use lullaby conceptions OPKs and pregnancy tests, and it sounds as though the instructions have been printed incorrectly on yours. On mine, those instructions (about the test line being the same or darker) are for the OPKs, the pregnancy test instructions allow for any line. Was the coloured end of your test purple or pink?
