Default Faint line, should I be worried?

When I was pregnant with DS I used discover brand HPT and remember a dark line at 11, 12, 13dpo.

Anyway yesterday at 11dpo I did a discover and it was a faint line, however took the test mid-morning.

This morning at 12dpo I did a test at 4am with FMU (after going at mid-night) and another faint line came up (within the time frame and is slightly darker than yesterday).

Should I be worried that it is light for 13dpo? I am scared of another chemical pregnancy.

13dpo is still early. But a positive is still a positive! Congrats!
Go to your gp and get a blood test. Will help settle your concerns.

No, I don't think you should be worried. Some people don't even get any line at all until much further along than 13 dpo. If you are worried, you could always arrange for a couple of blood tests with your GP to check that your HCG is rising within the normal range.

    Congratulations!

Mine didn't get dark until 15dpo. I'm now 25 weeks

A line is a line, it could be the batch of tests that make the line fainter. Go get a BT to confirm and try to stay away from HPTs (easier said than done I know)!!

    Thanks all.
I was only worried as with DS the HPT was darker at this time in my cycle (I still have them!)

I will go for a BT on Monday, cant tonight, plus I would rather go when I am officially 'late'.

I'm sure you'll be fine, don't forget that every pregnancy is different and like everyone else said, a line is a line!

How did you go at the docs?
