    Default Gender swaying a diet for a girl

    So if you are trying for a girl the foods you need to be eating are:
    Calcium rich
    Milk
    Cheese
    Yoghurt
    Low salt diet
    Limit caffeine
    Strawberries
    Raspberries
    Cranberry Juice

    Feel free to add to the list

    I can't stand the taste of yoghurt - would things like Fruche or custard be ok??

    I think so anything high in calcium and magnesium

    Would taking calcium and magnesium tablets be ok too?? Or would that be bad??

    I think that will be good but maybe you need to check with someone to make sure you don't overdose.
