    ICanDream - I can only hope I can one day soon! We also have another new baby on the way so I am DESPERATE to get a few nights sleep in before it arrives.

    Brauer has a childrens sleep remedy and also a "calm" remedy. I had a lot of luck with "calm" with ds. I really dont know if there is any real science behind it, but we had a LOT of trouble with ds and sleep around a year old he got sick a lot in a short space of time and we just couldnt get him to relax at bed time. we used to do the following.
    -a very quiet environment for an hour before bed
    -warm bath
    -quiet stories and songs in bed
    -rub his back and pat his hair etc until he seemed quite sleepy

    you have probably tried all this but just in case, i thought i'd mention it.
