Default High blood pressure and Measuring Big

Hi all, just a few questions..

Went to the mid wife a week ago, measuring 2 cm bigger, blood pressure was 132/80. (previous its always been about 120/75ish) Went to the obstetrician a week later, measuring 3cm bigger and blood pressure is 149/80.
Mid wife said I should watch if it goes up more but the obstetrician seems that he doesnt like to answer questions.
A little bit confused here, any one had this or know what it means?

    TIA

It's perfectly fine to measure 3cm either side of your date measurement. This is not the most accurate way of knowing how big the bub is anyway (its a crown to rump measurement). Sometimes baby's measure bigger or smaller depending on how they are lying inside of you as well.
As for your blood pressure, it is borderline , but I wouldnt worry too much just yet (stressing will make it increase!). Try and relax a bit But make sure your aware of symptoms such as headaches, upper quadrant pain and excessive swelling, as these may be signs your blood pressure is too high.
