Sorry, i dont get on bh much any more, my new mums group on fb keeps me busy!! Well, busy in between looking after DS, and the twins!!! Plus all the games I've got on my phone to keep me busy during the breastfeeding hours!!!
How are you all going? the last few posts have all been about how quiet it is in here at the moment. Hope its just a winter lull, and it picks up again soon!! Hope all of your ttc journey's are going okay...
Twins are doing well... Benjamin isn't putting on as much weight as I would like, but I'm sure he will get there in his own good time. Amelia is doing fantastically. Has grown heaps! And feeds like a trooper!
DH unfortunately hasn't been terribly helpful at all, so almost feel like a single mum a lot of the time. am going to my folks place this week to see what its like to actually have some help!! My mum has been great, she's coming down once a week to make some meals for us for the rest of the week. Don't know what I would do without that, as it really is witching hour!!!!
DS1 has also given me his cold, so I'm really tired, but apart from all of that, cant complain!! They really are the cutest little things, and really sooooooo good for me! All three slept from 12am to 7am last night... Brilliant!
Alright, hope you are all well, and managing to keep sane in this incredible journey!

Hi lovely ladies,
Monnie IKWYM re medication, I took immunosuppressants when pg with DD and worried about the consequences, unfortunately there was no alternate and I have been on them for 10 years so had to chance it.
Welcome mummy to one
AFM - As you all know my amh results were bad only 2.4 so suggested bad ovarian reserve/ bad eggs. Had my antral follie count 2 weeks ago and had 7 on my right ovary and 5 on the left so the FS said we need to look at the big picture...having said that after 7 months TTC today I tested and but so nervous..so hoping it's sticky

It has been quiet in here atm! I havn't been posting a whole lot anywhere just can't find much motivation atm. Always love coming back in here though!
Monnie, what a pain that AF is a no show. It would be so frustrating wondering all the time "what if" I'm utd. Hope you can get it sorted soon just for your own peace of mind.
Treenz, hope your doing ok. Hows the diet going? I long ago gave in to my sugar and gluten cravings I just couldn't do it anymore.
Reney, hope your doing ok too hun. I think us LTTC'rs are all just over it, but I have hope that we will all get a nice suprise one day.
Kat, the twins are gorgeous! Love seeing their pics on FB and your ds too! I can empathise with feeling like a single mum and I only have one child! I already know that df will not be much help if I finally get a newborn as he's always working! Thank god for mums hey?
mumtochris, things sound like they are on the up for you with a new FS. Hopefully with just a few tweaks that BFP is just around the corner for you! We are using our last frozen embies and if this cycle doesn't work we are going for a second or third opinion and also going to sit down for a long chat with our current FS. We like him we just want to see how willing he is to listen and change things for us and like you I want my uterus checked out again just to make sure and our FS doesn't seem to think I need that at this stage so we wil see.
Shelby, hows little Aiden going? Bet you're getting heaps of gorgeous smiles and giggles now!
Bosco, was sad to read about your test results but OMG on the BFP!! It's like your body went I'll show you and your test results!! That is just such great news and I'm crossing almost everything that this is your sticky bub
Flicker hows the house going?
afm, we are using our last two frozen embies. The FS gave his permission to transfer two and it will be done on Tuesday. I feel guilty because I cannot get excited this time and I've done no accupuncture or healthy eating or reflexology and just been plain lazy really. I just feel like how can it work when none of the others have
After this we will be taking a break for quite a while I would say and probably looking at more testing to see if there is anything else we can do before doing one last cycle.

Hi mummy to one, sounds like you're having a tough time ttc #2. I'm not really sure what other avenues there are. I went from clomid not working to our FS who recommended IVF straight away but that was due to male factor infertility. I think if df's sperm had been ok IUI was the other option where you are monitored closely and given medications to make you ovulate similar to what you had but I'd say you would be monitored more closely and then the sperm would be inserted directly where it had to go when you had ovulated. I'm sure there are other drugs and triggers they can try if one doens't work for you. Hope you get some answers soon
