kellijh : thanks for your welcome. i am having issues falling pregnant and your story gives me hope. did u do it alone with clomid? when you say hubby had swimmer issues is that a lower count? my dh had a test done and it was lower range of normal 30% motile only. and it was over 2 hours though the test they buggered it up and only one on the gold coast. so we are re-testing monday but they told us to come 11.30 we did that last time. so we will call up monday morning at 9am and make arrangements to do it at home and drop to them. his last test was only 7 -14 mil.
if we don't get results any better, we may have to look at IUI. i am on 50mg of clomid and my first proper ovulation was 69.3 (day 21 bt)and alls good with me so happy about that.
Now have to work on Dh he has a lower count but we are thinking may be due to the silly lab, we dropped it off at 10.40am and wasn't tested until 12.50 over 2hrs later. so we need to re-test and have a risk with clomid cause found abnormal cells on my cervix
But am hoping that we get a baby out of all of this
Chook best of luck to you!!! to everybody....
Results 951 to 960 of 1993

DH has a low VIT D level 34(Should be 60-160) so working on getting that up by meds and going out in the sun, & also taking menevit specialist said this can help.
but our FS told us we could have a natural pregnancy not so sure though.
hope so, i am very unsure weather we will or should i do IUI but first thing first got wait for new results of SA

Hope everyone is well. Sorry, haven't been on that much, but just letting you know cd1 for me. yet again a BFN.

Kelli, what a fantastic result!!!!
Don't be upset coming in and giving good news, it inspires and helps keep us going. Congratulations again.
Purpletulip, darn blast, what now? back to the same dose of meds?
Funky, thanks for your words of wisdom. I know everything you say is what I normally say. It's just nice for someone else to say it too. Cramping stopped and no AF symptoms. Didn't test today, not going to test again and if I have to start at CD1 again I promise not to test so early after having a trigger. I am telling myself I am pg and it will be ok(well as much as I can possibly muster anyway)
I need to vent........my sis and I have had 2 arguments in the last week. Last night was rediculous and while her b'day was last weekend, we haven't really spoken to give her a present. Today after school I gave DD1 the present to give to my sis, she ran over and handed it to her but my sis said no thanks and refused it.
Would you consider this rude cos it is from a child or am I bad for having had my child give the present and not me?
I'm fuming over this as I find it disrespectful of her. She could have taken it and thrown it in the bin for all I care.

Bubba - that O is on it's way
Kellijh - of course you can pop in, we want to know. I certainly will be when I fall, especially since I don't intend to share my news with most people until the 12 week mark and will be itching to announce it!
Purple - sorry to hear about that
Chook - I know how hard it is to stay positive, I always thought the let down if it didn't work out would be greater if I was way excited and was always guarded about being too happy about it. But your signs sound good. I have heard throughout pregnancy that symptoms such as sore boobs vary day by day. I really hope this is it for you
AFM: Still using my icky nasal spray. Currently eating jelly beans to get rid of the icky taste. I read the other day that excercise other than walking (under 4 hours a week) actually reduces your chances of conceiving with IVF, which is cr&*. I love hiking in the blue mountains for hours so that will be banned for a bit. I also go for the odd run but that is now a no no. Apparently it does stuff to your hormones.

I haven't been on for a little while - I'll do the specifics for this page, but I hope this is everyone's month!
TIHLG - Fingers crossed for you! I reckon a second SA is a good idea, as I have heard that results can vary at different labs/samples.
:bighug: purple tulip. Keep your chin up.
Chook, your sister is rude. I would never do that to a child. That's not fair at all. Aside from that, I hope this is your month! My fingers are crossed for you!
Funky, do you mean 13DPO? I was going to start testing at 10DPO, but maybe I should hold out? I guess my OB will let me know how to go with that.
Dell, congratulations hunny! This has given me serious hope for this month.
Elly, how disappointing! I would have thought staying active would aid your chances of conception.
AFM, I'm at around 3DPO. I'm pretty sure I O'd on my own, I had +OPKs over about 12 hours, then lots of CM and cramping. We DTD the three days leading up to and including the day of lots of CM (which I am assuming was my peak day). Would all that have happened if I didn't O?
Having a blood test on Wednesday to see what my progesterone is doing. I think I was told by the girl who took my pre-clomid bloods that the optimal time for progesterone blood draws is 8-10am? Anybody else familiar with that?

girls, my bloods are in and .........it's only jumped from 11 to 17. bloods were taken approx 43hrs appart so maybe if it'd been the full 48 it may be close but now having more bloods monday and need to make appt for scan to rule out ectopic or m/c. I'm currently 16dpo. bloods taken 13 & 15dpo.
sorry no personals. Thanks for all your thoughts. Am hoping I just have a slow starter.
