Ladydee - I drank that foul herb drink as well, I'm not sure what it was called but I re-named it 'Disgusto Juice'. It didn't do squat, except make me pull hideous faces while I choked it down. Hope your TWW goes quick!
AFM: expect O to happen tomorrow if it goes the same way it has previous months, have had pressure in the right side. BD tonight and will tomorrow for good measure tomorrow, I normally do every second day up the day before O day, and then O day as well! Swimmers, do your thang!

Ladydee - currently cd27 (DPO 13) and POAS this morning and bfn. Also bbt started to drop, so not holding out much hope. Next FS appt isn't until Aug 8, and by then it will be 6 clomid cycles. He seems to think I could do more than 6, but I think if nothing has happened by then we need to look at FSH. Very disheartened. DH is finally for SA on Monday. My first FS said to wait for 3 months first and then the second FS said to go, but this was the closest app that didn't interfere with our holidays and O time .
Hope all the rest of you ladies are travelling well.

Ivf worked first go. I was so lucky and very grateful and I realised that it actually does work. I know how you can start doubting the process when you're in the middle of it all. It's not easy but it is well worth it. I am thinking of you and praying and hoping and wishing that you get some great news v.soon. I will log in every now and then just so i can stumble on your good news.
Hang in there hun cause one day it will be you inspiring others with your success story.

SuSyd - which IVF clinic did you go with? I am going to be moving on to IVF soon if I don't get UTD within the next 2 cycles, am currently with Syd IVF but they are going to be damn expensive!

Hi All, I hope everyone has enjoyed their weekend.
Had a little giggle at some of the posts on here. I too am a past drinker of the foul herb concoction given by a naturapath! Not sure if I ever believed it would work but hey, it was worth a try. The things we put ourselves through! I am curious about acupuncture though, anyone had any experience with it?
As per usual it sounds like many of you are waiting waiting waiting to see if this month will be the one. I have my fingers crossed for you all! Elly and Lady, it seems like all is going well and you might be our next graduates! I sure hope so.
MrsPuMp, great to hear that you are on your way. It is a tricky time, just waiting around to see what your body does with the medication. I hope you are not having too many side effects with the Provera. I was super emotional on it! Dreading doing it again but I think that's where I'll be heading soon.
AFM, I had bloods on Friday and again they showed NO movement. As expected. So now I am hanging around WAITING (sorry, it's just that it seems that's all I ever do!) until this Friday when I will have an U/S and more bloods before meeting with my FS the following week to discuss options. The nurse has told me that they wont up my dose of Clomid and go again as it is not even working a little bit, there is no point. I'm kind of glad, I hate Clomid and I only did it twice. The most likely option is that they will try me on FSH Injections and see how that goes. The nurse said they are pretty much a sure thing as opposed to Clomid, which only works for some people. Also they can keep upping the dose slowly until something happens. I'm a little bit scared about injecting myself but I'm well prepared to do whatever it takes!
Thanks for all the kind words of support, I really needed it last week, much appreciated!
Hope this week is a good one!

Hi All - it's so comforting to read the stories of other ladies that are going through the same experience (or similar) as I am. Every shoulder helps.....
My husband and I have just started our first IUI process (first injection starts today) after a failed cycle on clomid where there was no reaction at all. I've had diagnosed PCOS since I was 17 (now 35) - so we're hopeful that the magic will happen soon.....

I am too on my iui cycle, this is my second. I conceived my son through iui.
I didn't like the clomid horrible stuff, i started my gonal f injections monday.
Please keep us updated as to how it is all going.
I was diagnosed with PCOS when i too was around 18 after not having a period for 6 months, it has not really affected me too much apart from not ovulating.
I must keep my weight down to make sure the symptoms are kept away though
Good luck everyone

Elllymoe: i went to IVF Australia. They were great. It is expensive, i think $6300 upfront but out of pocket expenses ended up being around $2200 from memory. It was so worth it. It is a full on experience but the injections are almost guaranteed to get you some good eggs.
I wish you all the luck in the world. Stick with it. All this hard work and patience will eventually pay off. It will be your time one day.

Did anyone have spotting/brownish cm (sorry tmi) before they even finished provera tablets? im only on 5th day of taking the pils and i feel like AF is certainly on her way, is it supposed to work this quick? no side effects that ive really noticed apart from mayb having a little bit shorter fuse then normal.
Its going to be interesting if i have to start the clomid soon as I am staying at my dads for 2 weeks (about 40 mins from dh) due to my lovely female dog coming into season and my boy dog trying to make puppies (must be the general idea around our house at the moment) and they have to be seperated so im a bit worried that we will have to make bootie calls and it mite be to hard haha its just like dating again .......
how is everyone going? to all
