I got my BFP!!!!!
I've had a feeling the last few days that I was utd so I caved in last night and POAS and it quite quickly showed I didn't get too excited as I wanted to do the blood test to confirm and it also came back positive!! The FN said my HCG was 359 which she said is quite strong so that's good. I'm just in total shock.
Thanks to everyone for all of your thoughts it means so much to me

OMG, CONGRATULATIONS SAMMY!!!!!!
I've been checking in all night and was just about to give in and go to bed but YAY!....here you are with your very own B.F.P!!!! SOOO happy for you!
When you've floated down for your , I want details!!! How did you get the BT results? How did you tell your DH? Was he with you doing your HPT the night before??? I was only just talking to my DH and wondering if he thought we should do a HPT the Monday night before the BT.....I still don't know....I have really formed a hate-relationship with them up to date. But, I'm willing to change my mind about them....
YAY!!!! Super-thrilled for you!

About time, we were due for another BFP on this thread. Makes me feel more positive about this journey every time I hear success stories
Make sure you let us know how it is going
Hope everyone else is getting closer as well
AFM: I think today may be O day but I won't know until a few days have passed. Tossing up whether or not to BD again tonight (doing every 2 days and did it yesterday) or leave it for tomorrow in case O is still coming. Going to visit my parents this weekend where me and DH will be sleeping in Bert & Ernie beds, so no BD'ing will be going on then!

Ladydee - I'll answer all of your questions I just got the BT results over the phone. DH wasn't home when I did the HPT and then when I found out I decided not to tell him as I wanted to wait until I got the BT results. DH came home from soccer and was in a grumpy mood and then asked if I could POAS..... I said no I wanted to wait but he could tell I as lying so I told him then. I originally told him my BT was on Friday as I wanted to find out the results and then surprise him with a baby gift to tell him but that idea didn't go to plan. I still went to the shop after work and bought a little gift to give him to confirm the BT results and then we went out to dinner. I wasn't going to do a HPT either but curiosity got the better of me.

Sammy congratulations !!!!!!!!
Your news is a breath of fresh air.
Well I'm ovulating but I know this cycle won't be a good one. I've had the week from hell! On Monday I fainted at work with burning ovary pains. It felt as though I was being pinched and burnt at the same time. My fs was in surgery so a friend took me to my gp- after bloods, urine samples and ultrasound they discovered I'd burst a cyst!
On a good note the ultrasound showed I had HEAPS of follicles especially in my left ovary.. I was so excited!!! Especially since I was on day 10...
Then hubby played sport Wednesday night and has fractured his left elbow... Rest for 4 weeks, luckily no surgery, but he can't do anything!!!! poor boy is in heaps of pain. He feels so bad as we both were hoping this month was our turn. So thats me for this month...
I'll be checking back in for more great news!!!

hi every one my names Vicky i found out bout a two years ago that i have pcos due to trying to conceive for a child with no success i was referred to a gyno who discovered it and i was put on 6 rounds of clomid with no success and refered me to an ivf specialist here in geelong who placed me on fsh injections for two round before i had to give up because i couldn't get there to get the bloods done.
so i now went to a homeopath who taught me everything i needed to know and had two months were i have ovulated but for some reason my periods have stoped and it's been 11 wks since my last period so i now have to go for an ultrasound to find out why it has stopped. they suspect its a cyst
I have a son who is 5 so i'm now suffering second fertility as they call it. but i have gotten to the point where im needing to find people here in geelong who have the same problem does anyone know of a support group or here from geelong who would like to be friends and support each other because as much as my family trys to understand they dont know what im going through.
I just want to cry everyday because after two years of trying i dont know what to do anymore.
thanks guys for listening

I'm new to bubhub in general! So, im getting all my posts out there! (Sorry if you have had to read the same story more than once on a different thread!)
I haven't had a period in nearly 8 years. Last year, I finally convinced myself to go to the doctor about it. Of course I was told weight loss and metformin. I had a REALLY bad reaction to the metformin. I ended up stopping after three months without a single normal bowel movement.
I then asked my Dr. if there were any alternatives to metformin. I was basically laughed at, told to go back on metformin and come back in 4 months.
I decided against doing that, and instead decided that weight loss was the key. After losing a pathetic amount of weight, an OPK came back positive! So, after wanting a child for several years, I decided now was the time!
I'm currently 7DPO, I had light cramping from about O-day to 3DPO, and (TMI) i've had a LOT of discharge! Then yesterday and today, I had a fair bit of bloody discharge (assuming/hoping) its implantation!
