There are still a few different types of numbers being thrown around in this thread. Haemoglobin and iron levels are measured differently. Unless we are all comparing the same factor and unit, the numbers don't mean anything.

Haemoglobin is measured in g/L or g/dL. Normal in women is between 115-160 g/L or 11.5 to 16.0 g/dL. These are the exact same levels, just reported differently.

Iron is measured as ferritin and the range is 12-150 ng/mL.

You need to know what is actually being tested for, before you can tell if you have an iron issue.
