But just remember unless you have walked their path you will never completely understand, I don't think from our experiences any non ivfers ever get what we go through

Grinnyswife - I did IUI first then moved to ivf did 3 egg collections and then a total of 6 transfers (it was hard but so worth it)
We ttc for years and were told with such a low sperm count there wasn't much chance.
    Ivf gave us a chance...

I'm not saying I 'completely understand' and why must I remember that? I find your post a bit offensive/rude actually.
I am VERY empathetic of their pain of not being able to conceive the baby they want more than anything.
I was only TTC 9 months, but during this time we lost two babies & it was heartbreaking, particularly when my other 2 were concieved first go & I Couldnt work out why it was happening. Wondering if DH & I would ever be able to have a baby of our own.
They have been TTC 2 years, i know the heartbreak every month when AF arrives and can imagine that pain would only increase after such a long time.
I have read many many posts on IVFers heartbreak, and whille I have not walked in their shoes, I can still very much empathise with them.
You dont need to have walked their path to care and be empathetic.
And just because im a 'non ivfer' does not mean I have not felt the extreme pain of failing to conceive. After my 2nd loss I didn't think I would ever feel happy again, I had never felt such greif.
I dont think its fair to make comments like this, clearly no one person could ever completely understand anothers journey. But It doesnt mean I dont sympathise or understand the pain of TTC.
