Done. 15mins at 3.5km - 4.5km. I think I'd fall off at 5kms! 66 calories down according to the little computer.

went for my weigh in this morning i am 94kg so still not back to 93 but i have lost 5cm from my waist this wk so pretty happy about that
Since starting the biggest loser & wii fit work outs ive been so lazy with my walking so goal for today is to walk walk walk

didn't get to go to the gym because I'm not putting other babies at risk of getting sick because DD is sick I hate it when people do that. It's day three of her sickness which is meant to be the worst so she has started coughing today but not much and I've given her ventolin to try catch it early hoping this is as bad as it's gonna get!
Got a call from my gyno office today and they're sending the referral through to the fertility clinic so it's all systems go there just waiting for them to contact me now. Still scared about it all but again
I'm gonna do zumba when DD has her nap but aside from all of the above not much to report. I have faith you'll get you goal for today you love those walks

it all goes smoothly my sweet! hope your dd is feeling better soon
dont think i will get that walk in its raining again i have done 2 workouts on the wii so might do another couple later
