I hope the scan was a beautiful experience for you. Yes some spotting early on can be old stuff, implantation and your body just adjusting to pregnancy. You never know it could mean that both embies have implanted. Let us know as soon as you can how you got on.
I'm glad I could be of assistance in helping you find a home harmoniser, maybe a pendant one may be useful at work. Sadly Fraser got cancelled - too much rain has made the tracks too wet and slippery. To be honest I am relieved not to be going 4x4 driving. As always I hope that this is our month and wouldn't want anything to get in the way of that. Mind you in saying that we did 4x4 driving before we knew we were UTD with Andie and she stayed put, it was all her illnesses that caused her demise.
AFM - all my blood tests are good. Fasting sugar 5.4, HBA1C 6.4, LDL 3.9 (down from last time) HDL still 2.1 (which apparently is still too high for the good stuff - can't win, lol) and the best news is that my 21 day progesterone was really good - I definitely ovulated and it is unlikely with results as good as they were, it is unlikely that I'm failing to ovulate each cycle. Sounds good to me. Ok better get some dinner now as I am off to Auslan in 40 mins,
Love and hugs

bought a harmoniser today! hope it comes tomorrow so I will take it to work, it all helps the process. thanks for that Sarah, bad luck about fraser, but as you said, you probably don't want to go 4x4-ing, good to hear your bloods came back good, It will be your time soon, I can feel it!
I am just wondering if any of you ladies have considered asking your dr's about DHEA, I was using it since last december, and I am sure it helped improve the quality of my eggs.(based on previous results)
Hi Kez, good luck with the lucrin, I was on it the last cycle, the first of many jabbies!!
Scan was good!! only one embie, and saw and heard the heartbeat thank god!! what a relief, so will go back in 2 weeks for another.

Jen, dont be a crazy lady, we love to hear how you are going and whats going on in that belly of yours
whats DHEA?? is it something I need to know about or is it IVF related, and what is a harmoniser??
i have had my antibiotics for the chlamydia have to have a retest in a few weeks just to make sure it has cleared up. then a HyCosy ultrasound to see if my tubes have been damaged or blocked, if they have I may be right behind you girls with IVF
Be well lovelies, have a peaceful weekend

Blimmin specialist of ours wouldn't give it to me.... Compounding chemist is on my doorstep too and would have made it up... It is a natural hormone which may assist the reproductive system. See below. My specialist blabbed on that I didn't need it because I do not have a low ovarian reserve... I actually sent her one of the studies below but she ignored my email....
The harmoniser I believe (don't own one yet) will help assist with all the EMR we cop on a daily basis from things like what I am typing on right now hehehe
Altho a sinister thing the ol' Chlamydia it is a good thing it's been detected and treated and I wish you all the best for your tubal patency - I am sure it will be all clear. It's a relief to tick off all the tests huh
Luvvin all your posts, you are keeping a very quiet bunch of several hundred people on the facebook page alive me finks!!!
Infertility and reproduction
Since 2000, DHEA supplementation has been used in reproductive medicine in combination with gonadotropins as a way to treat female infertility. The hormone is believed to act on the chromosomal integrity of eggs, creating healthier embryos and increasing the chances of a successful pregnancy. A study released in 2010 from Tel Aviv University showed that women who took DHEA supplements prior to an infertility treatment were three times more likely to conceive than those who did not. Additionally, studies conducted by the Center for Human Reproduction in New York found that women with poor ovarian reserve who were supplemented with DHEA four to 12 weeks prior to an IVF cycle had a 22% reduction in number of chromosomally abnormal embryos and a 50-80% reduction in miscarriages.

Kez, that is disgraceful that she wont prescribe it for you, as it has nothing to do with your ovarian reserve, it is to improve the quality of the eggs, and the sooner you start taking it the better as it has an accumulative effect. She should be doing everything possible to help you, wow sometimes fs make me angry...ggrrr..after all the amount of money we pay them..double ggrrr.
thanks for all the support ladies, will keep you posted, Sarah, havent got my harmoniser yet, I'm sure it will come on monday can't wait.
have a lovely weekend xoxo

I can't get anyone to prescribe me DHEA either!!!!!!! Got my harmoniser on Friday and was expecting something amazing but nothing absolutely nothing well at least that is what I thought... when I went to bed it was another matter altogether, . No white noise to make me wake up, I couldn't even work out if the fridge was on, lol. Nothing to disturb my sleep - usually there is something humming away even though everything is turned off but absolutely NOTHING! Woo fan blinking hoo. 7 hours of totally uninterupted sleep every night since.
Having a day off today, I am so over AF!!!!! A spot or two Friday, then again Saturday and Sunday until about 9pm last night when it decided (CD28) to arrive properly, this morning heaps and now nothing except when I go for a wee. Soz way too much info - I am so confused as it never used to be like this. What is going on with my body????????? Ah well, that is all from me, I feel like a little nap.
Love to you all, hope you all have a great week.
