If so, which ones and why?
My friend says I should get DH onto them - if only so I can feel like he is having to take some as well!

My DH takes Menevit. Our OB said they certainly wouldn't hurt and I'm happy to try just about anything these days.

My OH takes zinc and fish oil. The doctor and pharmicist suggested this is all men really need to take to make sure their swimmers are straight.

Elloni, it's super important to get your hubby on some great vitamins, just as important as it is for you! The strongest genetic material for your baby is carried through the sperm, and they have so many deciding factors concerning the baby's health and development. I would love to go into all the details of each vitamin and why it's important for him, but I'm afraid I would run out of space! Feel free to chat to me if you want more info. I've just copied and pasted this list from my blog, but it's a summary of what my husband is taking:
- SpermMax - 1 tablet per day
- Fish Oil - 2 capsules per day (2000mg)
- Vitamin E - 1 capsule per day (500mg)
- B Complex - 2 tablets per day (30mg B1, 30mg B2, 60mg B3, 16mg B5, 10mg B6, 20mcg B12, 300mcg Folic Acid)
- Zinc Plus - 2 tablet per day (50mg Zinc, 4mg Maganese, 20mg B6)
- Vitamin C, Chewable - 2 tablets per day (500mg)

Ive just started my DP on Menevit. I figured at 3 months TTC we would start OPKs cos people thought that would help..now at 6 months TTC Im willing to try whatever I can to help us reach that BFP. If you go to the menevit website its very informative on male reproduction and what the tablet helps do. This is the link to the website. Good luck!

My DP was already on fish oil, but since TTC, he's now also taking zinc & a multivitamin (if he was eating a good diet, he wouldn't be taking the multi though)

We are planning on TTC end of April/early May. My DF actually asked me about a multi vitamin as we are both trying to get healthier (We eat OK, but could be better), so I suggested if he was going to take a vitamin anyway he might as well start taking menevit. He started on Menevit late November. I've read a lot of good reviews on it and like a lot of people say, if it can't hurt then why not
