i didnt have any alcohol at all, even prior to the pregnancy as i was doing ivf. I also gave up caffeine - nine months of fun fun fun but she was worth it.

I just found out i am pregnant again, but luckily i didnt have any alcohol over xmas due to breastfeeding which i am very relieved about.

I am sure a very minimal drinking doesn't pose a great risk, but for me i didnt see the need to add any risks to an already worrying time. They keep finding out new stuff all the time but the general consensus seems to be no alcohol is best so that is what i did.

I have in all 4 of my pregnancys. Never to excess and never more than one drink. I would barely average one a week.
