I guess in total it would have been more than one and less than two drinks a week, but my intake was more like a third of a glass 2 or 3 times / week. No issues with either DD.

    Cheers

So far nothing and I don't plan on having any for the rest of my pregnancy/breastfeeding.

I figured its just alcohol? I enjoy many other non alcoholic beverages so have them instead.

I didn't drink at all, but then we're not big drinkers anyway, so I didn't miss it at all. Normally if I have 1 drink in a month, it's been a big month!

Have to say when breastfeeding though (breastfed DS1 till 15mths/DS2 till 8mths and only stopped due to things out of my control) I had the "odd" Guiness. This helped HEAPS with my milk supply. I would have a glass of it in the evening after their last feed and would be SO engorged by the next feed if my milk supply was feeling a bit low.

I thought I would try and have a glass of wine to celebrate Christmas. I poured myself half a glass but after about 2 sips I felt dizzy and had to pour the rest down the sink. I think my body was telling me NO! So no alcohol for me.

Special occassions only, but more to toast than anything else. Could not/can not tolerate the taste of any alcohol during pregnancy.

Then again, I don't drink alcohol very often when not pregnant.
