TTHC- Like you, BT is done, now waiting for results... should get the call between 1-2pm. I hope your result today shows you’ve got a surge happening so you don’t have to keep getting BT upon BT. Funny how you say you had a positive feeling before my cycle, both DH & I did and my FS said after our transfer that he had a good feeling too. I have such a warm & fuzzy feeling from all the positive vibes people sent our way.
Lola- Along with what your friend said about the measurements & cursor placement, I also saw in another thread that at such an early stage there is a +/-5 days accuracy. So that combined with your late BFP is a most plausible explanation for your bubba measuring 10 days smaller. I hope you’re finding some positive thought to cling to until Thurs .
Felicita- I got tingles reading that you cried for me, I hope I’m returning the favour for you in a few short weeks . I really admire you being able to jab both Gonal & orgalutran in your belly, I could only do the orgalutran/cetrotide in my upper thigh. It really doesn’t matter what side you jab with which, as long as you use the pointy end! I also LOL’d at your DH’s remark, sounds like he’s very quick-witted with a great sense of humour. Look forward to hearing scan results today!
EO- Only 2 more days and you’ll be jabbing away! This is going to be your golden cycle hun, I honestly believe that . Awww, thanks for waking up early on your Sat morning to check up on me, I still can’t believe I got a BFP. I keep looking at the pictures on my phone and staring at them in amazement.
Loulabelle- Good luck for BT today ! No doubt you’ve had the blood taken and just waiting for the phone call. Yes, you girls with your ‘good feelings’ have been spot on so far. These final hours of my TWW are definitely the slowest! Will you be joining the 'IVF bubs due in Jan/Feb/Mar' thread? I’ve been lurking in there already, but won’t post til I get a positive BT.
Nat- so close to your FET now! Sending lots of ‘good thawing’ vibes to your embie.
Starf1sh- Thanks darl, there sure is nothing like the moment I first saw that 2nd line. It will always be a happy memory, even if this bubba doesn’t stick. I saw your long term thread and thought it was so wonderful of you to create a space where those feeling ‘out of place’ in the regular threads could find themselves a home on the forum. Even with only 3 failed cycles, I already stopped posting in the monthly threads because I was fed up with being ‘passed over’ by the newcomers. I hope that you and your fellow warrior women are soon chatting about your miracle BFPs.
Bella- Hope the BT & US today show some great follies developing. I also tried acupuncture with one of my cycles and the therapist only used 4 needles. There was an older IVF & acupuncture thread (started by our very own EO ) where girls were posting stuff about needle placements. Link here: http://www.bubhub.com.au/community/f...d.php?t=358131 . I didn’t keep it up because there’s just nowhere out west that specialises in IVF acupuncture, and a ‘regular’ acu place didn’t do the trick for me. Lots of people swear it helped them with their BFPs, so I hope you’ll be one of those.
PinkB- Oh yes, this result is SOOO worth every extra penny and the time spent in further testing . Really peeves me to think that staying with our old clinic may have seen us go through cycle after cycle with minimal chance of success. I’ll be composing a very diplomatic email for my old FS once I know this bub is sticky! So sweet that your DD begs for a sibling, you can remind her of that when bub is older and starts getting into her things! Sorry to hear you’ve ended up with DD’s bug, I hope you bounce back super-fast. So what happens next? Have you booked an OB and made arrangements for the next US?
Big hello and thanks again to Traveler & Quartz.
AFM- waiting, waiting for the phone to ring... only a couple of hours away now. Have been testing every day and still getting BFPs, but still terribly nervous about having a chem pg and worried our happiness will be short-lived. After watching it happen to many of you beautiful ladies, I can’t get over-excited until I pass the next few hurdles.
Will be back in as soon as I know the numbers!

Can't wait to hear your results Lindylou!!

Well they called sooner than I expected, but the news isn't good . My hcg is only 30 and I'm going in for a repeat BT on Wednesday. Looks like a chem pg after all, but I'm not going to be sad about it... this is further than we ever got before and at least now I know it CAN happen. Its taken so long to get to this point, so a false start doesn't really come as a surprise.

LindyLou. I do admire your positive view that this is further than you've gotten before, so even if it turns out to be a chem pregnancy you're moving in the right direction... xxx

LindyLou: I so sorry the HCG level isn't higher. I also think your attitude is fabulous and will be a great benefit to you and your hubby. I am thinking of you xxx

Bl00dy work, i have been so busy today started at 6.00am and have been back to back meetings all day and was dying to get on BH for Lindylous BT.
Lindylou: 5hit hon your post has just brought tears to my eyes. i think it’s very positive that you are still getting your line on the HPT and 30 is still a good number. There have been lots of ladies on here that have had a low number and they now have bubs or are significantly through their pregnancies. Hold on to your little emby hon, don’t forget it’s all about the doubling rate and not the actual number itself. Did your nurse mention what your progesterone level was? Now that the Pregnyl is out of your system, If you have some spare Crinone or pessaries at home are you able to use them until your next BT? If you don’t - i have a few sticks of Crinone at home i could give you if you wanted them? I love how positive you are about this hon . You are totally right that if is dose turn out to be a chemical then you know your on the right track,

Loulabelle: Goodluck for your BT results today hon, i have everything crossed for you that you get fabulous numbers back.
Felicita: DH can be pretty funny sometimes in this IVF journey. My DH jokes with me after every ET that i was knocked up in a gang bang as there were so many people in the room at the time of the “conception” - totally inappropriate but i laugh because i know he is so uncomfortabel even being in the room. How are you feeling with your cycle? I seen on the other thread you have a nice crop of follies happening. Any idea when EPU is likely to be yet?
Bella: How did your BT and US go? Hope you’re feeling OK with all the drugs, they never bothered me too much, it was the progesterone that was the worst for my emotions. Do you know what day yoru likely to do EPU?
PinkB: How is Cloud9 going hon? Did you and DH celebrate over the weekend? Hope you and DD are feeling better and the dreaded flu is starting to ease off.
The time has come: Hope you O soon, gee it seems like you will have no blood left after all of these BT’s. Do you get US as well to check lining and dominant follicle growth as well?
Nat: I think i read it right – goodluck for your FET tomorrow hon, Sending you lots of sticky vibes for your ET. How is the Clexane going? Is it a painful needle? I have heard some horror stories from those needles.
Traveler: How are you feeling hon? Any plans what you guys are going do about another cycle?
Starfish: I seen your Warrior Thread hon and think it’s a fabulous idea. You must be getting excited to have your sis come down and start the counselling sessions. Please keep in touch and let us know how you go with them. I miss you in our little thread.
AFM: So my BT will be Wednesday and then hopefully if it all looks good i will start injecting Lucrin for my down reg on Thursday. I am starting to get so nervous about doing another cycle but at the same time i am excited to be doing another cycle again if that makes sense. I have enjoyed the last 4 months so much not having to worry about the disappointments of failed cycles.

lindylou78 - I'm sorry the numbers aren't as high as we all wanted, but I'm not giving up my hope for you this cycle yet. I also have spare Crinone I can send your way if you need it. The two boxes I never got to use from my cancelled cycle are still in date (exp 2012).
AFM - I'm still waiting for the BT results, but the scan today indicated that I'm still on track to collect 9 eggs on Wednesday. If that's true then today's phone call won't come until late afternoon(4 or 5 pm).

Oh Lindylou how frustrating to hear your news, I felt so confident for you. I am hoping for the best at the next BT and glad you are still feeling positive about the fact that it can happen
