Default Overcoming Fear to TTC after loss

I didnt want to hog anyone elses thread by asking this but....

How did you overcome the fear to try again after loss?

We have the medical clearance to try again but I am so scared it will happen again.

I am now in my first cycle after loss but I feel quite anxious about the what ifs. We were going to start again from next cycle but DH wants to try this cycle.

Any advice from Mums who have TTC after loss?

Hey I am sorry I can't give you any miracle advice. When I had my little girl I so longed to hold a live baby in my arms it was all I could think about but when we finally decided to ttc I freaked out.
All the what if's just scared the hell out of me so we did hold off as I just needed more time. Have you got a good Dr that you can speak to about your fears? I found a new Ob and did find it helped to have a relationship with him before I got pregnant and to know that he was happy for me to see him as much as I needed to alleviate my fears.
Good luck as a few wise women on Bub Hub once told me although you will be scared the chance that you may get that dream baby will make it all worth it.
