Growing up in an Italian family, I looooove to cook!

My friends say I make the best spaghetti bolognese....from scratch tomato sauce cooked all day (made from scratch tomato base made once a year and bottled by my Italian side of the family). If I can be bothered, I make the pasta itself from scratch too.

Apparently my Chicken Parma is the bomb!

I have one friend in particular who always requests my Spinach Cob loaf Dip if we have a get together. She thinks I am awesome at "cooking" it....I haven't the heart to tell her that it is easy peasy and not really cooking!

Every time we have a get together I have to make my stuffed mushrooms and guacamole.

All my friends love coming to my house as I am apparently the best cook.

Last meals that went down a treat were butterfly leg lamb marinated in thai spices overnight then BBQ on my baby webber (my second child lol).

Also my blackened fennel, garlic, paprika and cumin rolled pork lion which was baked in my baby webber q!!

I don't cook meat in the house as I don't like the mess it makes lol

Tonight I'm going to make chickpea curry with brown rice Yumo thank god it's cool today!!

    what cake

ETA: ah yes - a little reminder thanks Thermolicious - ok I pick my signature dish "baked cheesecake with salted caramel and chocolate coated cashew honeycomb"

BUT - I do ALWAYS get asked to make chocolate mousse (and I don't like to share my recipe :P ) so maybe that's my signature dish?
