Trying - that is just brilliant - congratulations. Couldn't have hoped for better really. Definitely your turn for something to go right too. Have everything crossed that one - or both! - of these ones stick. Also fantastic to know that there are back-ups close by should things not go to plan. Sit back, relax and enjoy being PUPO
sabah - far out, had no idea any injection could be that expensive! Here's to it all working a treat! Not long to go now til jabbing starts

Mum4nay - Lots of for you too
Melk - How are you and beanie?? The weeks are flying by. When is your next scan
Starf1sh - Are you in Japan now?? I knew you were holidaying there soon, and hope you aren't caught up in the drama there. It's devastating to watch.
AFM - Met up with Dr Wazza from QFG last week. He is lovely and very, very busy. I don't know how he fits everything in. I'm on track to do an egg donor cycle with The World Egg Bank. It's horribly expensive but gives me the best chance of success right now, and we all know how expensive repeat stim cycles are (I've had 6 and 5 FETs with my own eggs). Getting a little hopeful

Just a quick one from me will catch up on everyone's news when I am back. In Tokyo waiting for flight home. We were in Hokkaido so safe & sound although we did feel the quake on Fri. We had no idea of the degree of devastation till we saw the news, so devastated for the beautiful people of Japan who have been incredibly warm & hospitable in the face of such adversity.
PinkB so lovely of you to remember my
b'day & HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you my fellow Piscean for
today, we are a day apart!
Much love to all,

Pinky - hopefully you'll get a nice pressie this year Happy jabbing
Starfish - I love Japan too, so so sad... glad you weren't caught up in it.
Millie - world egg bank?? I'm interested.... I'm hopeful that I've found a donor interstate. Bringing her to Sydney in 1 month so HOPING that she's a goer! She's awesome so far! (but scared to jinx myself in case it falls through - I remember your last donor and how devastating that sounded
Trying - how's the 2WW going?? Will be thinking of you on Sunday
HI to everyone else.... I've missed so many of you, but you're all in my thoughts x

MILLIE: you are in great hands with Wazza. I run my cycles from down here in Melb and travel to Bris to see Warren for EPU and transfer. If anyone can get us its him. Are you doing your donor with the US team Wazza suggests? If my cycle this time doesn't work that is where we might look at? I agree it is expensive but if that gets you your dream then it is so worth it.
TRYING - on being PUPO enjoy
PINKBUTTERFLY - Happy Belated Birthday I hope you had a lovely day. Yehh for jabbing
STARF1SH - so good to hear you are all ok. Happy Belated Birthday to you as well.
Its been really quite on here the last few days hope everyone is ok . to everyone else
AFM well jabbing away with 4 needles a day plus all my pills I pop and herbs I brew.
Scan on Thursday day 12 to see how things are travelling - . A little nervous as this cycle we are trying new things - viagra for my lining, liquid gold saizen for egg quality and jabbing with puregen and clexaine. I have never used Puregen only Gonal F. Having some accup tomorrow to try to give things a little push

Slinky, thanks for your kind words! Are you doing an IUI this cycle?
Mum4Nay, I'm just trying to keep my mind off things at the moment. AF is due on Thursday and I've never in the past made it past AF due date, so Thursday is probably looming larger for me than Sunday in a way? My old clinic tested much earlier - at 9 days - whereas my current clinic make you go to 14 days. Am very POAS averse - I don't really want to know at the moment, if that makes sense?? - I'll just see how things are on Thursday. Have had some cramping but no spotting, which I normally have before AF. I can't really tell any other symptoms because I am on such a mega-dose progesterone ... In my last fresh cycle I had already started spotting at this stage, so things are a bit more positive. So great to hear that this donor is still looking like a positive option for you - I'm keeping one set of fingers crossed for your DHEA powered ovaries and the other set crossed for your donor coming through!
PinkButterfly, Belated Happy Birthday! Sounds like this cycle is going to plan for you - this generates the golden egg for you.
Milliegirl, Wazza has the reputation up here as the miracle man .... hope he generates a miracle for you Over on the Brisbane ladies thread there are lots of Wazza patients if you ever want to compare notes.
Sabah, sounds like you are well and truly covering all the bases ... I am so hoping that this is the golden cycle for you I know that lots of people get a better result when they switch stim drugs from Gonal to Puregon or vice versa - its one of the reasons my FS switched me. Hope it works for you!
Starfish, so very glad to hear you and DH are safe. My DH and I have spent time in Japan and loved the country and the people - what has happened there with the tsunami and now the nuclear explosions is just so dreadful and distressing.

Have had a chance to have a bit of a read back now...
Trying, what a dream run you've had this cycle and a REALLY fantastic outcome, WOW 2 snuggling in and 3 to freeze!!! Hope this good luck continues through to your bt on Sunday
Slinky, I assume IUI is now underway? When is the big day ? BTW I picked up a very interesting book at my sis in laws the other day about the adventures of Slinky Malinki and Stickybeak Syd, any relation?
Millie, great to hear things are moving along with the donor path I assume using the World Egg Bank involves going o/s for the cycle? Any idea when this might happen?
Mum4nay, saying a very quiet but hopeful 'yay' for you re: potential egg donor!!! Are you still going ahead with a cycle with your own eggs? How lucky are you to be surrounded by calm and dreamy Pisceans P.S Happy Birthday to DS and DH!
PinkB, how is your cycle going gorgeous?? Glad you had a good birthday! I shed a tear or 2 on mine for my aging eggies and past disappointments but soon forgot all about that on our bar crawl through Sapporo
Always, how are you doing our lovely new mumma?
Sabah, Saizen is the golden ticket!! for your scan tomorrow, hope there some fab follies there!
Fiona, I wish I had your optimism babe, but thanks anyway! How are you doing?
Melk, glad to hear the belly is out and proud! It must be so lovely for you after such a long wait. Hope you are really enjoying this time with your well travlled bump!
Spot, Hiero, Drmummy, Daisy how are you guys?
AFM, home safe and sound, thanks for your thoughts. We were in Japan almost a week before the quake, it snowed buckets and we had a great time skiing. Things were definately more subdued afterwards but we really were very much unaffected in Hokkaido and it was hard to comprehend this terrible disaster had happened in the same country. The atmosphere even when we got to Tokyo to fly out was very calm and efficient (just like the amazing Japanese people). I was really dismayed to see the very emotive and sensational way the news is being covered in Australia, very different to factual info we were getting from the BBC in Japan and even the information we were getting from locals.
