K2Chat, you have been in my thoughts alot and I'm so, so sorry that this was the outcome for you, I really wish it could have been different Sending lots and lots of to you and DH. I am absolutely in awe of your attitude and your positivity and you are absolutely right you do deserve a big congratulations for your perseverance and determination, you are a strong IVF warrior woman and you are enduring such a heartbreaking situation with incredible grace. From my own experience of going through a mc I would say let the moments to grieve come when they need to and I hope you have really good support IRL as well. Take care of yourself and each other and I hope the holidays are a special time for you and your loved ones

K2Chat - sorry to hear your news, I was also wondering how you were doing. You do sound ok though so rest up, have too much Christmas pudding and champagne and that your luck will change next year.
Slinky - good luck with your jabbing - you're doing well to be starting a cycle this time of the year! Hope Santa delivers some good eggies for you
PinkButterfly and Trying4Two - well girls, it's up to you both to bring this thread some good Christmas surprises. I'm anxiously awaiting....
to everyone else too....

Mum4Nay - think I might be a disappointment as I started getting brown spotting last night and some red spotting today (at the wiggles concert of all places!). I know BFP's can still happen with this but I felt a huge hormonal crash on thursday follwed by my usual PMT signs of headache and lighter sleep. my boobs also stopped hurting after being really sore. Getting spotting on day 26 is really early for me on an IVF or natural cycle - does this mean my luteal support wasn't enough???? (on prog pessaries).

K2, I am so sad to hear the news of your loss. I hope the break help you and your DH to heal, body and soul.
Slinky, how are you doing with the jabs? Thinking of you and crossing my fingers for a big haul of lovely mature eggs.
Pink, spotting is horrid; worse when it is unexpected. I hope it is a misleading show and that you still get a BFP.
Hi to Mum4Nay, Dr Mummy, fionaalice, Starfish and Spot, and anyone else I have missed.
AFM still in the 2WW. The festive season has been great for distracting me. DH is going away for three days and has made me promise not to POAS while he is away. Boxing Day is Day 28, but think I will POAS before then so at least I can drown my sorrows on Christmas Day if necessary.

Just a quick one from me ladies, will be back later...
PinkB, Did you POAS? Good opportunity when you don't have the pregnyl to contend with this time. I'm really hoping this is going to turn out differently than you think, I still have my for you!
I am only having the public holidays off, so going into work Dec 29/30 and then we are off to Melbourne to see in the new year with my BFF and some friends. Back to work Jan 4th. What about you?
Slinky, ahh you are doing a long down reg so we might overlap I got AF today so hopefully will start jabbing for an antagonist around Jan 18 or so. How's it going so far?
MRP, all the best for your Christmas eve scan and getting the best Christmas present ever!

I really hope you don’t mind me crashing your thread (and I apologise in advance for the length) but I was hoping some of you may be able to assist me. I’m new to Bubhub.
My TTC history briefly is that that my husband and I have been TTC #1 since June 2008. During this time I have had 6 pregnancy losses (1 miscarriage, 1 ectopic and 4 biochemical pregnancies). I have query autoimmune issues, although only ATA+ and I have a T cell problem also that is related to an autoimmune condition. My NK biopsy in February this year was high normal. I have been on prednisolone and clexane just in case to cover this on multiple cycles unsuccessfully this year. The question is now embryo quality-I have very recently been diagnosed with a low AMH of 2.6 pmol/L.... This was somewhat of a shock as I am 33 years, although have always been a poor responder (3 eggs, 8 eggs, 5 eggs on 3 stims) . My last stim cycle was a disaster in terms of egg quality (all our embryos degenerated) so we are now attempting to improve this. My next IVF cycle (number 5) will include Saizen but my FS hasn't used it before (I don't think) and she contacted another specialist during our appointment and has prescribed me 4iu units (1.33mg) for 6 days starting on day 3 of FSH stimulation. I think this might be a low dose and I was just wondering if any of you that have used it would mind sharing your Saizen protocol and dose?
Thank you so much. I have also posted (for the first time) this question in the general section. At our last appointment my FS suggested we either give up or look for an egg donor due to very poor egg quality on my last cycle. My previous cycles have been poor but we have always got 2 blastocysts (over a year ago now) at a different clinic. The Saizen is a last ditch attempt. I also started on DHEA in early December and understand it will take 3 months to benefit.
I realise I don’t below in here being 33 years (although my FS has aged my ovaries at 42 yrs ) but was hoping some of you may be able to help me with the Saizen query.
I wish all of you the very best with your TTC journeys-it is such a hard road.
K2chat- I am very sorry about your recent loss-words cannot express the sorrow for losing a pregnancy.
DrMummy-You look like a DHEA success story. Can I ask how long you were on it?
Starf1sh-I read you are about to try Saizen also.We have kind of a similar story. Can I ask how much you will be on?
Hello to everyone else & thank you ladies
