Millie, love your positivity! Look forward to being cycle buddies!
Swede, you and your DH certainly make beautiful bubba's! Archie is sooooo gorgeous, I could eat him up!
AFM, I am struggling on the pill, feel so irritable (just like last time) and also a bit spacey I'm REALLY getting impatient to get started. Not helped by my BFF getting a BFP on her 1st IVF cycle and due to circumstances I have only managed to do 1 IVF cycle this year so far!
Hope everyone is going well

I am so sorry it has been so long since I've been on here. Thanks swede and starfish for thinking of me! swede, archie is gorgeous!!!!
I've been thinking of you all despite my absence. Sorry for the lack of personals too, but things have been crazy hectic at work the last 6 weeks or so.
AFM, things are very quiet round here in IVF land. DP had her initial FS appointments only to discover low AMH and a cyst on her ovaries that needs to be checked out. So we were referred to another FS who specialises in ovarian cysts, only to sit in his waiting room for 45 minutes while he attended to an emergency. My DP is not the most patient of people so we left before he got back. That was 2 weeks ago and she hasn't rescheduled the appointment yet.
We're both feeling very over it all, to be honest - and feeling like the odds are stacked against us now both having "issues". Lucky things at work are going swimmingly so at least I have that to distract me
Hope everyone is well, and to those with bad news of late, much love to you as well.

just a quick me post to say that i'm pretty sure this FET hasn't worked . Soooooo frustrating. Great embie, nothing seemingly wrong with conditions, but ultimately no outcome The BT is an early one on Monday so will have to wait til then for confirmation but there is no sign that it has been successful.
have spoken to my FS because we need to work out whether to do one final stim. she continues to maintain that it is just a matter of finding the right one. 'you're "only" 39, you have a good fertility history, you make beautiful embryos...' etc etc. But no bl00dy pregnancy!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked why isn't it working then, and she said that genetic abnormality increases significantly and that certainly not unusual to have one stim and one FET that doesn't work etc etc etc.
sorry for the downer post....
hope everyone has a fab long weekend

Slinky - I hope you are wrong I've had the same sorts of replies for FS's too 'the embies look great, your lining is great, it's just bad luck, we don't know why it isn't working'. Very frustrating as you don't know what to try next. Good luck to you.
Hi to everyone else.

Slinky - ditto - hope you're wrong and you get a pleasant surprise on Monday's blood test.
Weather sux for long weekend hey!? Not to worry, gotta make the most of it

Slinky – I too hope you are wrong and there is good news for you. Are you on DHEA? Sorry i can’t remember.
Hiero – sorry to hear you and DP are faced with more challenges – it really doesn’t seem fair. AMH is such a confronting thing but not the be all and end all. Good luck with whatever you decide to do next.
Mum4nay – hope all going well for you!
Starfish – sorry to hear the pill is knocking you around – damn hormones!!! Glad you are on your way though! Hope all well.
Swede – great to hear from you, your precious Archie is gorgeous!
Hi to everyone else too, always thinking of you all
AFM – had a nice break away last week with lots of rest. Had our 19 week scan and found a problem with bubs kidney which was pretty stressful until we saw the Dr and heard its not life threatening. We see obs this week for more info and a plan for monitoring.

Ladies - thanks for your kind thoughts. Today's BT confirmed what I knew - BFN. No trace of HCG whatsoever. So back to the drawing board. Which will probably be a last ditch, definitely final ever antagonist cycle either this month or next, depending on various weekends away we have planned.
take care all

Slinky, I'm so sorry this wasn't the one. Good looking embies and perfect environment still equals bfn makes no bl00dy sense does it?? Hope your stim cycle will provide the closing chapter for your family in the form of bubba no. 3!
Pink, congrats on reaching the halfway mark!!! Hope that all will be well with bubs kidney and you get some definitive answers soon from your OB to you and DH for the stressful wait you have had.
Hiero, glad to hear from you but not so glad to hear that the road continues to throw challenges yours and DP's way on the IVF frontI hope whatever the TTC path is it becomes clear soon and glad to hear other aspects of life are treating you well
Jfb, doing ok with BFF's BFP still not so happy on the OCP! I'm trying to see it as a sign BFF and I were meant to have our babies together, I think that's what ended up happening with you and your BFF? Glad to read all went well with latest scan!
Millie, Melk, DrM, Swede, Always, Mum4nay, Trying, hope I haven't missed anyone!
AFM, just back from dear nephew's (DN's?) 1st birthday and I'm bushed! But had some really lovely aunty cuddles and hoping I picked up some good bubba from him! 2 more weeks on OCP!
