    No idea sorry.

But totally OT, I was at Cafe Sienna in Carindale the other day and I just love the waiter there who is always really friendly to DS, stops to say hi to him, and is more than willing to bring us a small (free) handful of grated cheese to keep him occupied while we wait for our meals. Have YOU been anywhere to dine lately Wifey?

oh it gets better read some of the reviews
sorry not naming or shaming just stating a fact

This little cafe is a bolthole for the locals fleeing the incessant tourist traffic of *****. Just off the beaten track its a haven of neighbourhood feeling. The breakfast, coffee, cakes, snacks and more substantial specials are also part of the attraction. Child and pram friendly too

sorry got a little excited very passionate about good customer service lol

So what about kids with intolerances etc?
I have no option but to bring my kids food with us, pretty much anywhere we go (both can have sushi, providing I pick rolls with no soy - so no mayo which often has soybean oil, obviously no soy sauce and that's IT) or an apple I guess. Neither eat banana. Neither can have most citrus fruits. DD can't have kiwi fruit. Neither eat pineapple. Both are CMPI, DD is soy intolerant.
    Its crap. No question.

As for the banana incident, stuff them! What a ridiculous concept, to honestly ask you not to feed your child a banana because its not a puree. Whats a ridiculous battle to choose to fight
