    Ive heard manducas have a generous waist band compared to the ergo if youre worried Also I guess it depends on where you carry your weight aswell as to how it sits, so definitely best to try some different options on if you can.

    Hi, I just want to share that Im in my first pregnancy right now and maybe you can also give me tips and advices on food not to eat and to eat because its really so hard to control what to eat especially when I get a lot of cravings and sweet cravings (even though im not really a sweet tooth) how do you get rid of those or maybe lessen? HELP!

    congratulations!

    Im not pregnant now, but when i was, my biggest motivator was......

    "I Dont want DS Growing up overweight"
    "I dont want him to eat junk, so i wont feed him junk"
    "I Want him to have the healthiest start to life possible"
    "He eats what i eat"

    I kept telling myself these things over and over, and they helped me to make healthy choices.

    Congratulations! I'm in my second pregnancy now & i love chocolate normally when not pregnant lol in saying that I don't eat a lot of it! But last pregnancy to help with cravings I had a Freddo most days with my cup of tea at night so I didn't feel like I was missing out. This time chocolate gives me bad heartburn so have eaten very little of it!
    I haven't had a lot of cravings this time, just eat everything in moderation so I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything but still eating healthily. Weirdly I have been feeling like cereal a lot!
    I craved chocolate milk in my 1st pregnancy, had 9litres in a week! Needless to say giving in to your cravings can have consequences lol
    Try to think about the healthy eating habits you want to set for your child, rather than what our want right now. But giving in sometimes isn't the end of the world =)

    Melab sometimes I eat weetbix 3 times a day lol :/ could be a lot worse I guess!

    Hehe me too! When my hubby is on night shift I often find myself just wanting cereal for dinner lol ur right though, could be MUCH worse lol
