Big fear of vomiting here I have had it for most of my life and not sure where it started from. It has stopped me from doing most things I have wanted to in my life or caused me to wait a long time before doing them. We were fortunate enough to have a beautiful daughter and I was lucky to not have any morning sickness thank goodness!! I also have a lot of fears by association but I have been working in them a lot just in the past week which is great. I have vomited a lot since my DD has come along, but I must admit it hasn't cured me. I am starting to think however that it has made me a bit stronger. I have tried EFT in the past but I haven't found it to have dramatic effects as of yet it do believe in the method.

Funnily enough I'm not germophobic..... I'm not really Obsessive about cleaning or germs or washing my hands, or really about any other illnesses other than gastrointestinal stuff.....

I'm a huge germaphobic. Mostly over bugs that give you gastro/gastritis, but I must admit I don't particularly want flus or bad colds ect either.

I always think I'm getting gastro too lol

If I know someone who has it and been near me I'm almost certain I'm going to get it and go on gastro watch for like 4 days. Seriously wtf is wrong with me lo

In a sense, yes. I am very big on washing hands but I don't go crazy avoiding germs, unless I'm having a really bad time and extra paranoid about gastro.
If I find out someone I have been in contact with has gastro I absolutely panic and basically spend the next week watching for symptoms and freaking out - I hate it.
I'm fine with illnesses that don't involve vomiting. (Not that I want them but they are a fact of life I have no major issue with).

    Haha this is so me!

I am not a germaphobe at all though. I do often wonder why not though because it would seem the two should go together?

I do freak out every time the girls go to preschool that they will catch something though

I've had a fear of vomiting for as long as I can remember. Lately I've had a fear of germs too. My hands always feel dirty. I need to wash my hands after pretty much everything, my hand sanitiser if always close if I need it and my antibacterial wipes are easily accessible too.

My friend came here last weekend and was vomiting, after they left I had to wipe everything down with antibacterial wipes just incase.

I drive dp nuts too. He's always saying it's fine, stop worrying so much, you're not going to get sick.
